Yesterday's Nightmare

 

Yesterday was an off day...

Several things went wrong,

including earbud failure.

 

In the middle of the night,

I had a nightmare image of

this thing approaching...

 

It struck me a physical blow

that I felt as real....

 

I screamed...

 

Then I cast it out

in the name of Jesus Christ.

 

Then I awoke, surprised

to be sleeping on the street.

What caused it...?

 

• The resumption of Atomic Testing...?

 

I don't have nightmares.

 

I listened to some church music,

then Tony Rice and Norman Blake,

and went back to sleep 

 

Today, a tooth broke.

and my cloud phone was acting up.
