1. Picking.

2. Place.
Picked fresh tea leaves need to be placed in a cool place, waiting for the steaming of water, so that the weight is reduced to about 40% of the original.
3. Killing green.
After placing the tea green, you can perform the step of killing the green; use a special pot for boiling tea, boil the water to 200 degrees, add the tea leaves, and steam for 5 minutes; killing the green is generally a combination of tossing and simmering.
4. Kneading.
The time for twisting the tea leaves usually takes about 30-40 minutes. The fresh leaves of the big leaf species are used, and the cold kneading method is mostly used. You should not be too heavy when applying pressure.
5. Drying.
After the steps of killing and kneading, it is almost ready for qizi cake tea. The next step is to continue to dry under the sun. This step is called tanning; the weather should not be too large when tanning. The moisture content of the tea after tanning is only about 10%.
6. Autoclaved and air-dried.
The dried tea leaves are steamed again, weighed, put into the machine mold for compression molding, the pressed seven-cake tea is placed on a ventilated wooden shelf, and air-dried.
7. Packaging.
It is best to pack it, and it will be even better to use the correct method to preserve the seven-cake tea for more than one year.
