Positive Affirmations for Health
Affirmations, also known as "thought affirmations," are a set of words or phrases you repeat to yourself to overcome limiting or self-sabotaging thoughts. Exercising releases endorphins into your system, making you feel happier and less stressed throughout the day, allowing you to live a happier and healthier lifestyle.
Be kind. Another thing that you need to realize is that when you use affirmations to help change your mindset, they have to be spoken out loud. You cannot rely on affirmations to convince your subconscious that you are worthy of love, respect, and happiness. If you want to convince yourself of those things, you have to tell yourself through language - or even by reflection - that those things are really true.
Repetition is the key. One of the things that can make your subconscious affirmations become stuck in your mind is to not speak them out loud while you are awake. Every morning when you awaken, remember to repeat a positive affirmation to yourself. repeating an affirmation over helps make the affirmation stick in your mind, causing it to become very solid and very real.
There is nothing wrong with using positive affirmations to improve your mental or physical health. You simply have to make sure that you are speaking out loud the affirmation, and that you always say the affirmation out loud, whether you are aware of it or not. Even if you are just thinking about something random that occurs in your every day life, repeating it to yourself can help the affirmations stick. If you think about it, most of the time, those affirmations you are thinking about right now are coming from your subconscious mind, and they are becoming very solid and real as you use them every single day.
