"I was very nervous (when I threw the ball to the catcher). I kept warming up from the fifth inning, and I kept on getting nervous until the ninth inning. It was the game that I maintained my state of tension for the longest time," Lee recalled.
Lee Jung-yong will be discharged from the military in June 2025 after spending the next season in Sangmu. When asked if he would get a short haircut, he chicly replied that he thought it would be cold. "I think I got a short haircut once in college. I'm not that shy," he said calmly. "I want to play full-time as a starter next year. Later in the year, he will be discharged from the military in June after the end of next year.
