Netflix 'Failure To Disclose' Crime!  =;-o

Sent to: https://www.justice.gov/doj/webform/your-message-department-justice

I have verifiable proof Netflix is engaging in the crime of 'failure to disclose' by repeatedly skipping loads of James Bond titles in queue & shipping other items way down in line instead. This is important because it tricks people into paying money expecting something they don't actually intent to send, and they are also not notifying in their queue any sort of 'wait' status on the majority of them. I would be happy to send you details and also testify, so long as they are not allowed to 'ban' me in retaliation. Their crime is the same whether I (or any account holder) chooses to tolerate their criminal activity or not, same as an 'investment banker' is not allowed to lie about what they are selling, whether or not it results in the customers losing money. I wonder how many bazillions of titles Netflix does not actually have available for rental, but simply pretends they do to 'grow their (fake non-existent?) inventory to attract $ignups? This should be investigated & prosecuted (hopefully =) to put them back in line & stop lying to customers =D This can really be a big deal. Netflix makes BILLION$ of dollar$ $elling 'Member$hips' = on what premise? How much do they lie about this stuff? I WANT MY JAMES BOND! =8^D

N E lawyers want 2 do a 'Cla$$ Action' on this thing?  Piece of cake! =D  4 instance, others who put that block of movies in their queue likely experiences the exact same 'runaround'.  Let me know at: 'balkanXguy aXt lXive doXt coXm' (no 'X' characters, etc. = $pam filter =)  Another thing they've done that's annoying (& I don't know if it's unique 2 me) is not letting titles ship to other 'users' within the same account.  We can set up 5, but with the account I use they will only ship to the many one now.  I suspect they have done that to loads more people as a trick to reduce the number or shipments as they 'pretend' to try & 'solve the problem' (that Netflix created on purpose?) = delaying shipments while they 'work it out' (but never do?).

UPDATE: (March 2019) problem seems 2 B resolved (Bonds shipping now =)
