Their Customer assistance is simply awsome would say. They also have different call support numbers for some specific assistance like lost property in flights ,reservation office contact, airport lost and found situation, baggage service etc. And response rate on all those numbers is very high. The reason behind it is their strong inter communication channel and information system which is simply robust..
