Several things come to mind

regarding improving the VA.

 

1) The Veteran's building near the

White House is OLD...

 

The wiring is likely compromised...

Security:

Replace the Telephone System,

and rip out all the old wiring.

 

2) Psychology:

Root out all traces of MK-Ultra.

It still exists.

 

3) Sanitation:

Older Buildings once had high temperature

Heating Systems.

High temperatures kill germs.

 

You don't even have hot incandescent bulbs anymore... Just lukewarm modern "efficient" heating and cooling.

 

Clean the Air Ducts, and install UV sterilizer

lights in them. This will greatly reduce the

spread of germs.

 

Catheters and IV tubes could have a flash

silver coating on them  Silver is germicidal,

and would prevent reinfection from inserted tubes .

 

A simple fan-forced electric heater would kill germs in sick wards during the Winter months. Milkhouse heaters are inexpensive, and have automatic tip-over shutoffs.

Make sure the administrators have Faith

in God, and in the power of prayer.
