Usually, when we eat food that has carbohydrates content in it, which is required for producing energy to do any activity. The body can metabolize it completely and excess sugar is removed from the body in a natural process with the help of a hormone called insulin but diabetes patients have lost the ability to break down the sugar as the production of insulin is reduced or the body is resistant to insulin and there is excess sugar in the body which may be a serious problem.
