COMMENT: The video of the collapse is purported to be from a camera mounted to an adjacent building however this camera appears to "wobble" around as if hand-held rather than wall-mounted. Also, you will notice the camera noticeably pivots to the right during the collapse action. This is not something to expect from a fixed-mounted camera. Finally, security cameras are generally equipped with time and date stamp whereas this camera was not.... So, who was the photographer?

How is it possible that CCTV Surveillance video from an unidentified building, unrelated to the collapse, was available on the same day as the collapse? Usually it takes at least 2 or more days tp find CCTV video but this video but this was published the day of the collapse. (6/24/2021). There is no mention of the building or chain of custody of the video. It seems to have just magically appeared without explanation. It's also curious the camera seems to be hand-held rather than mounted on a building

A Case For Controlled Demolition
(1) According to a report from the Washington Post, the timeline of loud noise events, or explosions, began shortly before 1 AM and ended with two building collapses at 1:24/1:25 AM - a period of almost 1/2 hour
(2) "A resident told The Post that minutes before Champlain Towers South in Surfside came down, she noticed that a section of the pool deck and a street-level parking area had collapsed into the parking garage below. The husband of another resident has said that his wife, who has not been seen since the disaster, made a similar observation in a telephone call shortly before the collapse." “Normally to demolish, there is major paperwork permits needed,” he adds.
“That will probably be waived in order to speed the job. Maybe the actual job could take a month or with luck, maybe they can do it in a couple of weeks with the right equipment, which they have there. They can’t use a wrecking ball, no dynamite. No nothing.”

"Sara Nir and her two children were in their ground-floor condo at Champlain Towers South in Surfside, Florida, moments before it partially collapsed. She was checking emails when they heard knocking sounds, she said.
The knocking grew louder before she heard a "smash," as if a wall had collapsed in the unit above hers. She thought it was construction, she said. It didn't make sense, not at 1:10 in the morning. Nir eventually found the building's security guard, and as she complained about the noise, she said, they heard a boom. She ran toward the sound and witnessed the building's underground garage collapse. It was like something out of a movie, she said.
The mother's account is the latest to suggest last week's deadly collapse began in the lower reaches of the building. Several engineers have told CNN that video of the collapse suggests the failure began near the structure's foundation, and a 2018 survey prepared ahead of the building's mandated 40-year certification cited problems in the pool area and the garage beneath it.

A team of scientists and engineers from an obscure federal agency that investigated the fall of the Twin Towers after 9/11 arrived Friday at the site of the partially collapsed residential tower in Surfside. On the main website page we see 2 leaning sky-scrapers that appear to be inspired by the TWIN TOWERS of 9/11/2001. The "towers" in the graphic actually appear to be under stress of an explosive demolition not unlike the 9/11 event. Is this an enormous coincidence or a display of hubris.?
