The curriculum incorporates active and experiential learning principles and the use of technology required for Digital Age Learning. It combines collaborative, sensory, and hands-on activities with technology-based learning to provide learners with an optimal balance. At Ryan academy, we offer a 'learning adventure' that is designed to develop emotional intelligence, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills, competencies, and attitudes in our kids.
The three main components of the New Age Curriculum are as follows:
Innovative leaner-centered experimental learning
Innovative Learner-Centred Experiential Learning, inspired by international standards for learner-centered and innovative teaching practices, allows students to actively explore a wide range of topics across subjects. This method of learning provides learners with diverse and flexible learning experiences. They take part in specially designed real-life activities and projects that allow them to explore concepts and develop 21st-century skills.
Innovative Learner-Centered Experiential Learning is also integrated with a value-based Life Skill program and a slew of other academic programs, including the Science Experiential Program, English Language Enhancement Program, Maths Centre for Excellence, and so on. To nurture and foster 21st-century learners, we also use a variety of positive Classroom Management techniques and empathetic Student Management strategies such as Star of the Week and Motivational Pyramid.
Ikigai Centre for Learning
We have an IKIGAI Centre for Learning at Ryan International Academy that focuses on foundational, passion-building, and vocational initiatives.
Sports academy of excellence
At Ryan, we believe that sports participation is an important part of the learning process. We create an environment for children's sports and physical development. Physical infrastructure, equipment, specialized coaches, tournaments, national and international associations, and sports exchange programs are all part of this. We provide students with in-school and after-school programs.
Our first school in Mumbai opened in 1976, and Ryan Group has expanded and branched out over the last 43 years. Our core interests have evolved since then, but they have remained focused on quality education, commitment to excellence, and shaping the future.
Ryan Group has established friendship institutions around the world with the goal of expanding its educational quality internationally. We currently have 135 institutions in India and abroad.
