The US constitution has been under assault by infiltration of foreign influence into the bureaucracies of federal agencies for several decades. Reduced to their economic essentials, these visionary concepts amount to enforcement of a global carbon tax scheme on CO2 and greenhouse gas emissions worth $Trillions to elite investors of the oligarch class.
