Shri. R.P Mody founded the Mody University of Science and Technology (Mody University) in 1998. The Universal Grants Commission has recognised the university (UGC). Mody University has received approval from the All India Council for Technical Education, the Ministry of Human Resource Development, the Bar Council of India (BCI), and the Indian Council of Architecture. The university is spread out over a 265-acre campus. Mody University has a total faculty of 209 people and a student body of 2065 people. Undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate courses are available at the institute. Mody University is divided into seven schools. All of the institute's students are eligible for scholarships and placement assistance.

Mody University Infrastructure  and facilities

Students have access to a variety of amenities and infrastructure within the institute. Mody University has eight female hostels, as well as a well-equipped gym with contemporary equipment.
