You will need a private server to use this strat, as it requires Fraud to be at his initial spawn point.
Menu Radio (optional time save)
When loading the game, and on the main menu, there is a chance that the maze 3 radio can be heard. It starts mid way through the code and only plays it once, so you will usually only hear the last 3 numbers (4 if you're lucky). You can note down the numbers, or keep them ready to paste into chat upon reaching the end of maze 3. As you approach the door you can listen for the first few numbers that you need, then paste in the end of the code. Doing this saves around 20 seconds, but requires twice as many resets to start a run.
Spawn Location
There are 12 spawn locations in Maze 1, you can see the correct one below, as well as the route to the door (full route further down).
Before moving your mouse, this is what your screen will look like at the correct spawn. Knowing this allows you to reset quicker if you get the wrong spawn, without needing to look around.
Maze 1
After spawning in, you'll need to wait 2 minutes. This is because Fraud becomes active 2 minutes after the server is started. He will appear opposite the direction you need to run. Look at him, and about one second after his chase begins, turn and run (begin timing when you move).
You need to keep as much distance between you and Fraud on the way to the door, as you will need time to press the button and wait for the door to open enough for you to slip through.
Maze 2
Fraud's chase should stop just after you get through the door, so turn and look at him again to start another chase, then begin running through maze 2.
We don't know the mechanics of Fraud's chase exactly, only that it is based on his distance from the player and maybe RNG?
At some point during Maze 2, Fraud will stop his chase and you will need to start it again. If this chase lasts too long, you won't be able to open the door in time before Fraud kills you. If the chase is too short, you will lose time walking at a normal speed to the door.
Maze 3
After opening the door, start Fraud's chase again. Make sure you don't get too far away from Fraud before his chase starts, as this risks the chase ending mid way through Maze 3.
(closed doorways can't be seen clearly on this map)
After Fraud's chase stops, just continue walking to the door at normal speed.
Morse Code
While you can use a cheat sheet, there is an easier way to remember them all. If it begins with a dot, then the number of dots is the number. If it begins with a dash, then 5 + the number of dashes is the number (10 becomes 0).
Hexadecimal
If you have beaten Identity Fraud before, you should know that the hex panel will always say "Replace all x's with y's.", where x and y are 2 random numbers. What you might not know is that you can see the numbers x and y on the panel immediately, without any need to look up an online decoder.
In this case, the panel says "Replace all 3's with 6's.", so you would apply that to the code above and type it in chat: 0600657.
The Last Hurdle
Once you enter the arena, find a pillar and hide behind it. There is a way to position yourself behind a pillar in which you can shoot the boss, but it can't shoot you. After the boss appears, you will have a few seconds to position yourself relative to it before the fight starts.
This is what the correct position looks like:
Continue firing as often as possible, and be prepared for when phase 2 begins.
When phase 2 begins, remember not to stop firing as you move into the middle of the arena, as every second counts. From there continue the fight as normal, firing as fast as possible. Timing stops as soon as your killing shot lands.
