I have practiced as a lawyer in the Netherlands for 35 years, and have gained extensive experience in handling commercial disputes, particularly legal proceedings in the Netherlands with an international dimension.
As a lawyer in the Netherlands, my practice used to focus on Dutch - and international commercial contracting and liability issues, including giving strategic advice and conducting litigation (before practically all the Dutch courts) and arbitration. I also acted as arbitrator and mediator. In 2021, I have founded the Dutch Law Institute.
