Important information for international arrivals to India

Checklist for traveling on a charter flight

  • Original passport.
  • Copy of the self-declaration form completed on Air Suvida- www.newdelhiairport.in (2 copies).
  • Copy of exemption request/approval if available. Passengers who have taken the covid test within 72 hours can apply for an exemption.
  • Supporting documents to verify permanent reasons for visiting India (only for permanent residents and BEC holders).
  • For permanent residents and AU citizens only - Department of Home Affairs travel exemption. Holders of an Australian or PR passport will not be able to board the flight without a travel exemption. Australian citizens traveling on an Indian visa must have a new Indian visa issued due to the compelling reason to travel to India. They cannot travel with the existing visa.
  • If you are applying for an exemption at Delhi Airport. Please carry a copy of your negative PCR test report
  • Download the Arogya Setu app on the traveler's phone.
  • Copy of the plane ticket. Please take a copy of the NOC flight during curfew hours.
  • Institutional quarantine subscription form. A copy of the subscription form is available on our website. Please fill in and send us aftersales@manntravel.net.au.

Inclusions and exclusions of theft:

  1. Priority check-in for business class passengers.
  2. Pre-packaged (vegetarian) meals will be served. Business class passengers can choose the Hindu Non-Veg or Veg option and requests for the same must be placed at least 72 hours before departure.
  3. No access to the business class lounge.
  4. PPE (face masks, face shields, gloves, etc.) included.
  5. Requests for special services such as a wheelchair, baby cradle are subject to availability. We cannot give advance confirmation or guarantee of special services at the airport or on the flight.

 

Guidelines for OCI holders and foreign nationals who wish to travel to India for compelling reasons:

  1. You must have a compelling reason for traveling to India. You must have the supporting documents with you to present at the destination airport upon arrival.
  2. You must take an exemption to leave the country from the Home Office, Australia.
  3. Australian citizens, without OIC, must obtain a new visa from Indian High Commission before traveling. Not allowed to travel on the existing visa.
