Ceasefire deal summary between IS and SDF + Coalition:

Immediately stop with fighting between the 2 parties until the end date of the negotiation.

Length of the ceasefire will be a month and could be extended and it will start on: 28/11/2017 and will end on 28/12/2017

There will be made clear demographic save borders between the 2 parties.

SDF is not allowed to fight IS fighters when they are occupied with fighting against another group which is not part of the ceasefire.

All military activities against the Islamic State will stopped including Warplane attacks and the use of drones.

Islamic State will adhere to the ceasefire and stop all their military activities against the other parties of the agreement.

Islamic State will adhere to this ceasefire during the whole length of it and will adhere to the direct stop of their military activities in the direct conflict zones inside the Barakah Wilaya (Hasakah).

Both parties will put a military coordinator forth to coordinate between the 2 parties when there are dangers of canceling the pact between the parties by putting a hotline into working.

Problems which has relation to the error fire against a party (of the agreement) at the garrison troops should be take care off by letting the other party know as soon as possible with having a good reason.

These 10 points were the military agreements, now there will follow political agreements:

IS fighters who have been captured by SDF before this agreement will not be allowed to be hand out to another party and there will be negations about his matter between IS and SDF

The matter of prisoners will be carried out by specialists of both parties.

Places of concern and parties of concern will be made clear between the 2 parties.

SDF is not allowed to hurt those who flee to the land of the Islamic State from the Ansar (Syrians) and the Muhajirin (foreigners).

Every break of the agreement on the front lines should be recorded and should be taken care of by the responsible party of that situation.

Problems between the parties should be solved directly on the roads between the 2 parties.

Now economic agreements will follow:

Roads for merchandise/goods will be opened to the Islamic State and it's not allowed for SDF to stop products from entering the state or from leaving the state for both parties.

All the oil wells which are still under the control of the Islamic State will stay under IS.

SDF should give safety to Islamic State fighters who are leaving the state for medical treatment.
Ceasefire will stop by the end of date or when 1 of the parties will not follow up to the requirements of it, Islamic State will fully commit to the agreement and will not be responsible on the acts of someone who is a supporter or is an ally of it, expect for its own soldiers.
