Imma quickly run down how to join in chat on Picarto if you don't have an account

In the chat bar on the right, there should be a spot at the bottom that says "Please log in or click here to set a username"

You can click that then type a name you want to use

Hit enter

Then click again and if the username isn't registered, you can use it to chat

Also, there's a rules list in the description of my stream, if you would read them, that would be great ;w;
