Hi, I'm contacting you regarding the notice you sent gab.ai about the imminent domain seizure you plan to conduct for simply supporting free speech. since you're a foreign registrar, I suppose I could understand if there are regulations in your country that could cause you to carry out the seizure. If that's the case though, transparency is definitely necessary in this situation. In the US though, it isn't the right or correct thing to do to take someone's domain away for simply supporting the ideals of freedom and free speech.
If Google, Twitter, or Facebook were in this situation because of any of the hate speech you regularly see on those platforms, and you were their registrar, would you decide to seize their domains? I really don't think so! Therefore, I believe what's happening here isn't because of any law or regulation, Gab isn't infringing any copyrights, or allowing illegal content. IN fact, they have stringent community guidelines for that sort of thing. What's happening here is that you, Asia Registry, for some reason don't support free speech and therefore have chosen to censor Gab and all of it's users for that matter, by taking away it's domain. If there were any regulations behind the seizure, you would most likely tell the Gab team the exact reason you're attempting to censor them. Since there most likely aren't, you probably aren't providing any legitimate legal reason.
