Useful tips for better health

The maximum late night is to sleep at 10.00.

In morning 5.00 - 5.30 am or later wake up.

Before brushing, drink a glass of hot water with a squeeze of lemon in it slowly.

Sit in Vajrasana for 10 minutes.

At least only 10 surya namaskars maximum 25 gently.

Just 10 minutes of pranayama minimum...5 minutes of Omkar
