In the Canterbury Tales many of the characters described represented events that occurred during the middle ages in their disposition and description. The author of the sonnet described these events in many ways. Some of them would have been described in small detail like the color of clothes a person wore or a comment made during a conversation or story. In this essay I will give a few example for some of the characters.
