Concerning the bombing of Imam As-Sadiq Mosque by ISIS in Kuwait.

The bombing that happened today (ISIS bombed another Shia Mosque during the Friday prayers, this time in Kuwait, killing 27 people) in Kuwait proves with evidence that the intelligence services are involved and the goal by it is countering the Dawah in Kuwait and the Sunni Jihadi movement. And ISIS is the riding mount that passed the phase of infiltration in to (the phase of) fabrication, and it is a part of the system of the counter-war against the Sunni Jihad and Dawah; led by people working against Islam. ISIS exceeded the phase of Khawarij, and a statement with the Sharia ruling for it concerning this deviant sect is necessary; all their actions serve the interest of the enemies of Islam, and the Sunnis pay the price for it.
All their actions are against the Sunnis and against the Mujahideen, and what they are doing from these criminal actions has become known far and wide. And this deviant sect works to distort Islam in the eyes of those who do not belong to it, and it works to distort the Jihad in the eyes of the Muslims. That's why all their actions should be observed, carried out by this malicious sect, this refraining party; from the implementation of Islamic law like it was revealed in the Sharia; they implement what they like and see as serving their interests, and not what serves the interests of the religion.
They are a group which waged war against the Mujahideen and made Takfir on the Muslims. And all their actions serve the interests of the enemies of Islam, and Islam is innocent of them. So it is necessary to observe all the actions of this infiltrated fabricated group. And the problem is that there are still some stupid ones who belong to the people of knowledge in some countries, who aid the actions of ISIS, and they are happy with the crimes of ISIS, and the corruption they carry out. And these people are nothing but deviant or they have a psychological illness, they have a lust for revenge. And ISIS sing praises that they are implementing the Sharia, but they only left the Sharia, and fought against the Sharia and changed it.
