The exit from the Syrian crisis and what's being plotted in the Vienna talks?

All praises are due to Allah and peace and blessing be upon the Prophet (saws). As for what comes forth;
Five years have passed since the blessed Syrian revolution and the West was not able to extinguish it nor snatch it, they were able to snatch the revolution of Tunisia politically and they snatched the Egyptian revolution military. As for Syria, it was too complex.
The West would therefore distance the problem, by balancing the power and prolonging the war, by supporting the revolution on the one hand and giving green light to other parties to support to the regime on the other hand. In the meanwhile the West engages the political arena with its chiefs in front of America and its allies.
Two dangers:
1. The fall of the regime without a present alternative better than Bashar, and furthermore, the control of the Mujahideen.
2. The Russian occupation of Syria and this it would be a strong tool of pressure against America.
The solution: The United States must come to a unified political position after Bashar which wouldn't let Russia nor America monopolize the cake, but create a shared portion agreed upon through the Vienna talks.
However this option which is currently marketed did not receive any acceptance and all praises are due to Allah. Because its first clause underlines a secular state, and this strongly collides with the principles of the factions.
So Russia resorted to marketing this solution through the stick and strong beatings with it. To subject the factions, all be it some of them, to accept the Vienna talks. And this did not happen and will not happen, with the permission of Allah. Because we know the consciousness of the factions and their eagerness about their revolution. And we want to remind the factional leaders not to betray the blood of their heroic martyrs who left this world.
The second phase:
If Russia fails to subject the factions it will try to grab the Syrian cake separately sharing it with Iran, and this will not be accepted by America and its allies. This will be the reason for entering specific qualitative weapons like Stinger anti-aircraft missiles and the like.
Hence weakening the power of the regime and starting its fade away and the triumph of the revolution and the Jihad with its principles, with the permission of Allah. So be patient, be patient oh factional leaders, by you patient their plots will be shattered, and you will establish your principles and realize the pleasure of your Lord and attain the rewards of your Jihad.
As for the solution:
We have talked about it many times, in summary: It is the formation of an internal Syrian government which is committed to ruling with the Sharia of Allah. The factions must gather around it and it must give birth to an army which unites the fighters on the land, and the land must be managed by this government including the rule of law and the fighting, and it most work for the future of Shaam.
Some might say that the time is not ready, and that we do not posses the means for it. But I say the time for it was ready a long time ago, and I am even afraid that a time will come in which we will say that the time for it has passed. Tell me oh beloved one, what are the means of the Syrian Interim Government outside of Syria which collects funds and spends them in the hotel halls?
Forming an internal government is the current solution, I wish my people only knew (Yasin: 26). Allah ordered us to unite our word and hold on to the rope of Allah (Ali Imraan: 103). And this is an obligatory fact which should be respected by everyone. After that a high legal Sharia office can be formed which makes Sharia political and economic political decisions and the like.
If you refuse this then at least the formation of a high legal Sharia council for the Syrian battlefield which sets the political positions for everyone and solves the disputes. So that a faction doesn't decide the fate of the battlefield alone.
