RoC Weekly Cups and RoC Monthly Tour

RoC Weekly Cups:
each month, 4 RoC Weekly Cups will be hosted by whoever wants to (clans, sites). They will decide the date (saturday or sunday), the map-pool, brackets format and races format of the cup, and be in charge of the administration. The idea, though, is that weekly cups encourage a diversity of maps, formats and races.
RoC Monthly Tour:
the winner of each of these 4 cups will be qualified for the RoC Monthly Tour. To encourage players to participate and have different matches, winners of previous cups during the month are NOT allowed to participate in the next weekly cups, as they are already qualified for the Monthly final. This allows everyone to get a shot at the final prize, without having to spend a day of each week-end on RoC! They are however more than welcome to host the next tournaments, or simply observe the games.
The last Weekly Cup will be played on a Saturday, while the final will be played on the following Sunday (next day) at 6PM CET, unless arranged differently by the admins and players. If one of the qualified players is not available to play the Monthly final, the finalist of that cup is qualified instead (or 3rd or 4th player, if the previous players are already qualified or all unavailable - 3rd place decider shall be played in each Weekly cup).
The prize for that Monthly Tour will be $100USD for October, and could be improved in the following months. The format of the first Monthly final will be announced later, and can be changed every month. The goal is to promote different formats to keep entertainment high.

Rules: Administrators of each cup are in charge of the rules and only they can make decisions about potential disqualifications based on their own rules (being late, flaming, etc). The only rule is that notorious hackers are NOT allowed to the Monthly final, so our friends Jason, IMB, CED, ..., should stay home. Smurfing (that is, hiding one's identity intentionally) is not allowed: any weekly winner smurfing in a subsequent tournament will forfeit his spot and will be unable to play the next month's Monthly final as a punishment.
It has also come to my attention that some of the aforementioned people do not understand that they are also banned from the Weekly Cups: "you don't say".
