Dear readers!

You might already be aware that Afghanistan has gone through important military and political phases this year. Therefore we have conducted an interview with the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan for the current issue of our magazine which we present to you as follows.

 Abu Abid

We begin by welcoming you Mr. Mujahid Sahib and to follow, could you please shed some light on the current military situation of the country as the annual ‘Khaibar’ campaign progresses. Which side does the current military atmosphere favor and who do think has attained substantial achievements?

Zabihullah Mujahid

الحمدلله وکفی والصلوة والسلام علی عباده الذين اصطفی امابعد

I also extent my salutation and greeting unto you and the readers. If we compare this year’s Khaibar campaign to the past ones than without a doubt there has been substantial achievements. These operations have been quite detrimental to the enemy as Mujahideen were injected with a new reinvigorated spirit. The current operation begun with so many Mujahideen participants joining the fields of Jihad that we found yourselves in quite a conundrum as we were unable to arm all of them. And the spectrum of Jihad expanded to areas which hadn’t witnesses many Mujahideen before like far flung areas of our country especially the north. The initial days witnessed Mujahideen liberating a district in Badakhshan province where dozens of stooge regime elements were killed and captured and a lot of enemy military equipment, arms and vehicles were seized.

The affects of Khaibar operation were also quite visible in Kunduz province as compared to the previous years. Hundreds of Mujahideen came out to the battlefields, clearing large regions in Dasht-e-Archi, Chahr Dara, Imam Shahib districts and areas around the capital from the enemy presence. Large scale operations were carried out, tens of check posts were dismantled, large amounts of arms and ammunition was taken as war booty, APCs were seized while taking tens of enemy personnel as captives on top of killing hundreds and all praise is due to Allah, the presence of Mujahideen can still be visibly felt throughout the province.

With the blessing of Khaibar campaign large scale operations were launched by Mujahideen in Faryab, Ghor, Helmand, Uruzgan, Kandahar, Logar, Ghazni, Nangarhar, Nuristan, Diakondi, Saripul and other provinces which rattled the enemy, leaving hundreds of ANA, police, Arbaki militia and NDS workers dead and imprisoned in its wake as well as large amounts of arms, ammo, vehicles and equipment seized.

The operations of Mujahideen from the beginning of the campaign were extraordinarily planned and executed, targeting critical enemy points. Over 2000 attacks were launched simultaneously during 2 days throughout the country as the enemy carried out two fake elections processes which displayed the strength of the Mujahideen and exposed the enemy theatrics however it is an entire different issue how the enemy concealed these attacks and portrayed the shameless process a success.

Mujahideen also managed to peel away hundreds of recruits from the enemy ranks and rehabilitated them into ordinary life through its Dawah (Preaching) process. Geographically, a large part of the nation was opened and saw visible active presence and activities of the Mujahideen as compared to other years, blessing many countrymen with life under the shade of an Islamic system.

Hence it can be concluded that it was the Mujahideen who made substantial advancements and achievements this year. A large part of the country was covered by Mujahideen activity and even Kabul, the fortress city where the enemy is based and has spent all its energy to secure, saw major martyr attacks, convoys were ambushed, invaders and their puppet forces sustained heavy losses, hundreds of logistic trucks were eliminated, key figures were gunned down and this process is still incessant in Kabul and throughout the country and all praise is due to Allah.

Therefore one can openly say that a small group of Mujahideen as compared to thousands of foreign invaders with advanced weaponry backed by nearly half a million stooge army, police, intelligence and Arbaki militia were able to bravely confront the enemy and disperse them in every arena.

Abu Abid

The landscape of Afghanistan saw huge political turmoil this year. The western media depicted the elections and peaceful transfer of power as a major achievement, how do you analyze this process? Was this an achievement for the west or its unmasking?

Zabihullah Mujahid

As you have pointed out, the turmoil which Afghanistan saw that was dubbed as political change and wrapped in beautiful garments emanating good omen, turned into the complete opposite.

- After much exhaustion, human losses, trials and wasting billions of dollars the West wanted to show that they have actually achieved their goals here by giving birth to a young democratic government and now it was finally time to pull out, bringing an end to a large chapter of this conflict while declaring victory in front of their nations!!?

On the ground the entire world including the Afghans saw that this never materialized. They propped up a government far weaker and inefficient than even the previous one. The election process was a failure from the get go due to insecurity and non-participation however the western media tried to show the opposite through intense propaganda campaigns. What really exposed the drama was the absolutely shameful situation which came about after the second round of voting with both candidates openly expressing frustration at the vote rigging and ballot box stuffing which by itself lifted the veil from the sham process.

- What is even more shameful is that the final decision of this process was reached at the American Embassy in a total undemocratic fashion despite the presence of an active government headed by Karzai, its courts and Independent Election Commissions. To control the situation, the US Secretary of State John Kerry made prompt visits while the US special envoy and Ambassador to Kabul also tired themselves out but inevitably the entire process was laid bare, the winner was not nationally elected rather carefully selected by the American Embassy and then forced upon Kabul.

The results of the failed election process once again cemented the claim that foreign processes and systems do not work in Afghanistan and neither will they work in the future.

- The Muslim nation of Afghanistan were absolutely assured of the current regime’s slavery and servitude to foreigners after the Ashraf Ghani administration immediately signed the security agreement with America and willingly sold Afghanistan to the Americans for the long term.

It was made clear that the Ashraf Ghani administration will be even more servile than the Karzai regime to American interests. Being seated on the throne of power and assimilating it with team Abdullah was done directly by American pressure and this will be the reason for Afghanistan being ruled by an unhealthy, chaotic and inefficient administration.

- The Ashraf Ghani administration was scorned upon by the Americans initially. You might remember that the security accord held importance as it was to be signed by the President of America and the head of Kabul administration but since they knew that the Ashraf Ghani regime was chosen by and servile to America therefore it must be treated as a low-ranking agent. This was the reason that America chose its ambassador to Kabul to sign the agreement instead of the Head of State or at least a figure from his cabinet whereas diplomatically speaking signing such important documents between two governments is not the work of ambassadors.

In the initial years, after the American invasion, when Karzai visited America for his first official visit during the transition period he was ridiculed in the Senate; they sat him on a chair which was comparatively lower to that of all the other senators, implying that Karzai was in fact a very low-ranking official in the America hierarchy.

- As is evident from the rational presented above it can be said that America has failed and has been exposed in every facet in Afghanistan. It neither built a government upon principles of democracy nor could it change the military situation and neither could it diffuse the level of hate of the Afghans towards the occupation. Declaring an end of war in Afghanistan at this stage is merely a ploy to the fool the Americans which shall later be understood by every American themselves.

 Abu Abid

Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai was selected as the new head of the regime in Kabul, how do you deem his character, legitimacy and personality? Kindly elaborate on his character and government for our readers.

Zabihullah Mujahid

Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai has been groomed at a US university in Lebanon which specializes in the upbringing of such American agents. His persona has deceitfully been showered and decorated with titles of a great thinker and politician. He has been brought up outside the country in such luxuries that he fails to understand the sufferings of his country. It is said that has even served the communists for a period of time.

Ashraf Ghani also has tremendous flaws in his religious beliefs as he has been poisoned with secular thought, making him reject many religious edicts and values.

As for his legitimacy then it is enough that Ashraf Ghani was selected by an American ambassador, who in turn controls all his strings and forces him to do everything that is in the interest of America.

- The character of Ashraf Ghani was suspiciously Machiavellian from the very start. If you remember Ashraf Ghani visited Baitullah Sharif (House of Allah ie Makkah) for an Umra pilgrimage at the beginning of his presidential campaign. This happened as he spent nearly 60 years of his life living affluently despite Hajj (Grand Pilgrimage) becoming obligatory upon him as soon as he was able to afford it. It is vividly clear that such secularists don’t revere sacred religious obligations because he failed to perform Hajj throughout his entire existence while being wealthy, earning thousands of dollars and making trips back and forth from America and Lebanon. This liberal secularist only performed Umrah, which does not negate on him the obligation of Hajj, only as part of his election campaign drama in order to try and fool the masses.

- Other actions of Ashraf Ghani are also theatrics aimed at fooling the masses which can never treat the root problems faced by the Afghans. Forging a coalition with Dostum and electing him as his deputy by itself demonstrates to the Afghans that the future of Afghanistan will continue to be in the hands of the same few individuals who had previously lived off the blood of this nation.

Forging a joint administration with Abdullah also means that the chief corrupt individuals, usurpers, drug traffickers and mafia bosses who were infamous for looting the country during the rule of Karzai will actively continue their illicit activities by subtly tweaking their titles.

Claims by Ashraf Ghani that he’ll go after corrupt officials will have no practical basis because if this claim is only limited to punishing and curbing low level bureaucrats then that is presumably possible however if he tries to bring reform in the upper echelon in people like Dostum, Abdullah and others (who were all the backbone of corruption in the Karzai regime) then his administration will either split into factions or Ashraf Ghani will be forcefully suppressed. His so-called reform process fail as spectacularly as the process of the proclaimed free and fair elections where he was forced to accept a shameful deal with his opponent.

In such a state Ashraf can never change or bring reform to the government which he so declares to the people.

On the other hand America also doesn’t want an end to the corrupt system in Afghanistan because they have their own interests at stake in such a situation. You might already be aware that major players during the corrupt rule of Karzai were the US uniformed forces and contractors who in return are tied to political circles who keep a steady flow of unlawful mafia profiteering going. In order to prevent Ashraf Ghani from truly cleansing his administration they forced a power-sharing deal with the infamous corrupt criminal Abdullah. So if Ashraf Ghani ever potentially becomes a roadblock to some American demands and unlawful dealings they will produce a headache inside his administration and will force his hand into submission through his close rival Abdullah, closing the door on any chance of Ashraf Ghani carrying out any dramatic protests like how is predecessor Karzai did during his final years in power.

 Abu Abid

Ashraf Ghani signed a Security Agreement with America, extending the stay of American forces inside Afghanistan for ten more years. If you could shed some light on the Shariah aspect of this agreement and explain whether America and her allies might possibly attain their goals through it?

Zabihullah Mujahid

The most character damaging step taken by Ashraf Ghani was to sign the security agreement with America. Such agreements are absolutely unacceptable to the Afghan nation which is 99% Muslim and this signing will be recorded in the history books of this country as a black mark for Ashraf Ghani and his team. This agreement will be scorned upon in the same light as the notorious Gandumak agreement and the dealings between the Soviet Union and Babrak Karmal which at that time were reviewed in a positive light and considered a vital need by the powers at helm however even a child today can discern the magnitude of that huge crime and historical mistake.

- Agreements in which armed infidel forces are given permission to stay inside a Muslim land are void according to Shariah law and the holy Quran very clearly rejects such agreements. Allah (SWT) has banned Muslims from taking non Muslims as friends and partners and there is no legal basis in Shariah law which allows armed infidel forces to settle inside an Islamic country. Kufr is categorically hideous and rejected while armed infidel forces are barred from staying on Islamic soil. A Muslim as an individual can never become a slave of a non Muslim so how could it be possible for an entire Muslim, Mujahid and proud nation to accept servitude?

It is seemingly impossible to achieve and establish an Islamic government, application of Shariah law, Islamic reform of the upcoming Muslim generations and Islamic justice with the presence of American invading forces inside Afghanistan. Any agreement which is detrimental to achieving these goals can never be justified legally and therefore is null and void.

- Signing of this agreement also poses many dangers towards Afghanistan politically by making it a partisan party after it was neutral which in return creates a lot of potential long-term problems both economically and security wise.

Presence of American forces in Afghanistan will turn this country into a battle ground as rivals of USA such as Russia, China, Iran and potentially Pakistan seek leverage which will cause long-term sufferings and Afghanistan will be used as stimuli under various justifications. Historically considering Afghanistan was saved from political turmoil when it was considered a neutral party during the reign of Zahir Shah. It might have had economic problems however those were caused by internal affairs and slackness and not due to external pressures. However when Afghanistan took a side during the period of communism then a road was naturally paved for opposition parties to interfere and such a destructive war was ignited that to this day has no decisive winner.

And today this country is once again knowingly being turned into a playground for other countries and regional opposition axis and this weak minded diplomacy is plunging Afghanistan into the abyss.

But the most important point to note is that the Afghan mindset is not ready and never will it be ready to accept infidel powers and to forgo the mandates of religious teachings in their homeland. Such thoughts might be possible to comprehend for some other country but as for the Afghans, who have repeatedly been tested in regards to their faith, that they will somehow submit to American military presence because of signatures by a few individuals then such thought is either due to being unaware of history or it is pure utter ignorance. We are of belief that even if the current generation of Afghans were to accept and be satisfied with this agreement, there will definitely arise individuals in the near future who will change the status quo and will reject American servitude. Ashraf Ghani regretfully has not paid heed to any of this.

- It is a well known reality that the Afghan nation which holds firm to their religious sanctities, beliefs and mandates till their death can never be domesticated with brute military force. Once upon a time American had over a hundred thousand soldiers here, was equipped with the most modern effective technology and was backed with the military and economic power of over forty nine nations however it still failed to reach its desired goals. Their military Generals daily confess to their failures nowadays so how could it be possibly viable for her to achieve her limited goals with only ten thousand troops?

Yes this will only further aggravate the sentiments of this nation towards herself and her lackeys, will push more Afghans into fields of Jihad and struggle, will increase the justifications for war but America will still face defeat despite all its power. Even if they were to sign agreements a hundred times over with their stooges they will be collectively pushed out by the Afghans and this land will certainly attain its freedom and independence, Allah willing.

Abu Abid

What negative effects do you think this agreement with America will have on Afghanistan and the Afghans?

Zabihullah Mujahid

There are many negative connotations associated with the security agreement and American military bases build on Afghan soil. America will primarily utilize these bases to hammer and eradicate Islamic movements, Mujahideen and all those aspiring to establish an Islamic government. It will hamper all efforts of Islamic awakening and spread of Islamic thought and will wage military, propaganda, political, psychological and clandestine war against it.

It will carry out all sorts of activities to turn back the Afghan people from their religion and push them towards western godlessness. The west has launched many initiatives from their bases to promote western immorality, godlessness, apostasy, free mixing and other such deviations which will ultimately pose a great challenge to the upcoming Muslim generations.

The west will use and abuse the provision in the agreement to loot and plunder Afghanistan’s untapped natural resources, cultural heritage, rare chemical substances and other valuables. America will utilize having the upper hand to rule the land and airspace of Afghanistan and control its politics, economy, foreign policy, media, education and other vital sectors and will manipulate every policy to suite its interests. It is a known fact that the interests of the Afghan and American people are in a direct conflict to each other; Afghans are Muslims and Americans infidels and they are alien to each other culturally, historically, geographically and in every other aspect therefore every move by America in its interests here is in direct conflict with the interests of the Afghan nation.

Their bases will be used to train and disperse agents, to operate surveillance aircraft and carry out drone strikes not only inside Afghanistan but in the entire south Asia, central Asia and boundaries of Iran to target its opponents which will pose a great danger to all Jihadi and Islamic movements in the region. America will use these facilities as forward operating bases to intimidate Russia, China, Iran and even Pakistan who in return will view Afghanistan as an enemy due to the Afghan government allowing these bases by signing an agreement. America will use these bases for propaganda, intelligence, logistical and other purposes.

 Abu Abid

Many new and strange events took place upon the inauguration of the Ashraf Ghani government. There was an article written by a Kabul based English newspaper called Afghanistan Express that was filled with blasphemous notions which shook the Afghan Muslim nation and then there was Hanif Atmar, advisor at the ‘National Directorate Services’ intelligence agency, who chimed in at a conference of Daily Policy Group that all religious seminaries should be shut down in Afghanistan and the wider region.

What meanings do you think these episodes hold? And what is the responsibility of the Afghan nation towards it?

Zabihullah Mujahid

Appointing a secular figure such as Ashraf Ghani, whose family is facing accusation of Christianity, to chair the Arg (Presidential Palace) in itself means that we must prepare ourselves for a storm of such revolting actions. Open apostasy from Islam shall pick up steam and the appointment of Ashraf Ghani will polish the way for the Christian world to meddle and interfere in the affairs of Afghanistan. Since Ashraf Ghani and his team want to spread secular thought in Afghanistan instead of a pure Islamic one therefore naturally we shall see a barrage of daily blasphemous actions taking place against the sanctities of Islam, Islamic mandates shall openly be rejected and the western plan of apostizing Afghanistan will practically be put into motion. It is quite possible that there will be a lull in such actions by Ashraf Ghani to try and control the sensitivities of the people however we will definitely witness other such bold-faced transgressions.

The only way of salvation from this calamity is for the nation to wake up from its slumber. The nation must understand that all the plans of the American occupation project must be neutralized. We must openly proclaim that this nation is a Muslim nation, there is no room for apostates to carry out activities here, America has installed the Ashraf Ghani regime for these specific objectives while other western secularists such as Ashraf Ghani as well as former communists and current secularists have been tasked with implementing the project of spreading godlessness and deviations amongst the Afghan population. But we are confident the Afghan nation will prevail in every condition and will prevent all such plans from materializing and this can only be achieved through lending their complete support to the Mujahideen.

 Abu Abid

To end, what message do you want to share with your readers as the spokesman of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan?

Zabihullah Mujahid

I am of the belief that our Jihad against the invaders is in its final phase. Jihad is the only solution for all our current problems. In order to save our country, to save our Islam, to prevent the abuse of our religious sanctities, to prevent proselytizing of our nation, to save the upcoming generation from Kufr, apostasy and perversion then we must give our full fledged support to the Mujahideen, consider this Jihad as our own and continue the backing of each and every Mujahid.

Our Mujahid brothers must further concentrate on their cause, intensify their struggle, remain firm on the path of Jihad and must utilize every option which strengthens Jihad and achieves its goals.

Our leaders must also turn their attention towards leading and guiding the Mujahideen. They must further focus on the reforming the spiritual training of Mujahideen so that the divine help of Allah descends near and road is paved for quick Mujahideen victories, Allah willing.
