1. Take risks

Always be ready to take risks like buying a 300,000$ car or a million dollar watch so that you can always look cool.

2. Hang out with other millionaires

Always hang out with millionaires so that you don't have shed of empathy towards those working class people who don't deserve it.

3. Be ready for opportunities

Always be ready if an opportunity comes your way. Make sure to check the housing market everyday so that you can buy an house with your dad's money from a struggling family or a unemployed old person without retirement money who can no longer make ends meet without selling their house and make sure to drive up the rent on that house every month so that your tenant's will be poor forever thus will always stay your tenant.

4. Wait for your father to die or kill him

I know that your daddy got a lot of money in your bank account. Just wait a few years or kill him if you're too impatient. You'll have all the money in the world to spend on girls and cocaine.
