CODM Weekly Scrims Ruleset

Tournament Format:

 Monday - Wednesday | Community Qualifiers:

  • Each of the 10 partner servers/guilds will host 2 qualifier tournaments each between Monday - Wednesday.
  • The qualifier tournaments will be 100 slots lobby-style tournaments. Top 10 Players from each qualifier will proceed to the main event. All matches will be solo mode in these qualifiers.
  • A total of 20 players from each server will proceed to the Ranking Event.
  • 10 x 20 = 200 players qualify for the main event.

 

Thursday | Registration for the Main Event

  • The qualified players get 1 day to register for the Main Event.

Friday-Sunday | Main Event:

  • Round 1 | Friday:
    • 200 players will be divided into 3 lobbies. 
    • Top 25 players from each lobby advance to the finals. 25 x 2 = 50 players qualify.
  • Lower Bracket | Saturday:
    • Bottom 75 players from each lobby in Round 1 will be placed in the lower bracket.
    • These players will be divided into 2 lobbies of 75 players each.
    • Top 25 players each lobby will qualify for the finals. 25 + 25 = 50 players qualify.
  • Finale | Sunday:
    • 50 players from Round 1 and 50 players from Lower Bracket will qualify for the finals. 50 + 50 = 100 players.
    • 100 players will play a BO3.

    • Top 5 players win prizes as displayed below.

  • The following scoring table will be used in all matches of the tournament.

Prize Distribution:

Qualifiers Prize Pool Distribution :
- 1st Place : ₹250
- 2nd Place : ₹150
- 3rd Place : ₹100
Main Event Prize Pool Distribution :
- 1st Place : ₹3,000
- 2nd Place : ₹2,500
- 3rd Place : ₹2,000
- 4th Place : ₹1,500
- 5th Place : ₹1,000

 

Tournament Rules:

  1. This entire rule-set has to be strictly followed by the community managers when the qualifiers are being hosted on their guild.
  2. Multiple teams: A participant is not allowed to register with multiple teams. If anyone is found doing so, they will be removed from the tournament and will be banned from any future tournaments. Both the teams will be disqualified if there is any evidence proving that they knew about this beforehand.
  3. This tournament is open only for players from the Indian subcontinent.
  4. All participants must always observe the highest standards of personal, professional integrity and good sportsmanship. Game.tv admins are to be treated with the utmost respect.
  5. Do not join an official tournament lobby if you are not part of the lobby that is playing. Ineligible players that do join are at risk of being banned or disqualification from the tournament.
  6. The usage of ‘jail-broken’ or ‘rooted’ devices in tournament matches is not permitted.
  7. All teams and team members are always expected to compete to the best of their skill and ability in any Tournament Game. Any form of collusion by any participant is prohibited. Examples of collusion are: 
    1. Any agreement among two or more players or other team members not to play to a reasonable standard of competition in a tournament game in order to provide an opposing team or player with certain advantages or benefits. 
    2. Pre-arranging to split the prize money and/or any other form of compensation. 
    3. Deliberately losing a Tournament Game for compensation, or for any other reason, or attempting to induce another player to do so.
  8. Team Members are expected to settle their differences in a respectful manner and without resort to violence, threats, or intimidation.
  9. Gambling on the outcome of tournament games is strictly prohibited to the participants. Participants are not allowed to place or attempt to place bets on any tournament games (or any plays or components thereof). Participants also cannot associate with high volume gamblers, or deliver information to others that might influence their bets. 
  10. Participants are not allowed to offer any gift or cash or any other reward to a player, coach, manager, other team members, admins or any other person connected to the tournament, in order to influence the outcome of a tournament game.
  11. Participants or anyone who is attempting to register for the tournament is not allowed to spread misinformation or faulty information to anyone in the community. This can be regarding the tournament rules, registration process or any feature of Game.tv.
  12. You can play in this tournament only if your registered and in-game names match, otherwise you will be disqualified.
  13. Ignorance of rules does not justify rule breaking. If you have questions about any rules, contact our CODM League support team.
  14. In case, 2 players or more than 2 players are having same score then kill points would be taken in consideration and would be used as tiebreaker.
  15. In-Game Rules:

    1) All vehicles are allowed.

    2) All classes are allowed.

    3) Reaper skin banned until further notice.
