These companies have not been established for a long time, but they have quickly become a market share in the market based on typical customer needs and business scenarios.

The fourth and most important type of promoters are the operators that provide enterprise networking services . On the one hand, they are derived from the needs of enterprise users' interconnection services, and on the other hand, they are in line with the needs of network "software" and "cloud" transformation. The pioneers of deploying SD-WAN among operators are Verizon and AT&T. Verizon has cooperated with Versa network as early as 2015, and announced the adoption of VeloCloud's SD-WAN platform in 2016. AT&T launched the Netbond service in 2016 to provide VPN connectivity for enterprise users to meet the needs of enterprise networks and various partners' public cloud or IT service connections.
