5. Air Asia X Check In and Boarding Pass

 

You will need these details to verify your account:

* Check in is possible up to four hours prior to departure and seven days prior.

When you plan to travel to foreign countries, you should check your Web/Kiosk Passport at Self-Check In. Your ticket will not be valid until you have received stamped proof of validity.

* You must follow the AirAsia Terms & Conditions of Carriage Articles 6. ("Document Advisory") & 6.5 ("Travel Documents")

You won't be able to travel with special-needs tourists. This applies to pregnant women and children.

Make sure you check in before the security screenings and bag check.

6.Air Asia X Policies

a. Baggage Policy

 

Passenger may bring only one bag. You should have enough space to store your luggage in the overhead bin or according to regulations.

* The maximum dimensions of carry-on luggage for women are 22"x14",x9",/56cm/36cm/23cm.

* Carry-on bags can only weigh 7kg/15 lbs

Bulkhead seats do not have storage under them for easy landings and take-offs.

 

b. Pet Policy

 

AirAsia X prohibits pets and animals from being boarded.
