Glenn Canady got it wrong. The note Allegedly Passed to Sheriff Ana Franklin From VP Pence was already in her possession. Watch Franklin from the beginning of the clip to see she is already holding the note claimed to be handed to her by Pence. The most remarkable issue is what appears to be a Masonic handshake between Pence and Franklin. Perhaps the Pence handshake message was to tell FrankLin he would not accept the note in front of the camera.
