Remedies For Menstural Pain

Don't you just hate it when you have your menstruation? Is it becoming traumatic everytime you know that your period is coming? You try to ignore the pain sometimes and go on with your daily routine but the pain just continues to distract you.

Here are some home remedies that may help you ease the pain.

Take ibuprofen or aspirin – these medicines will help to lower the level of prostaglandins, which in turn will lessen the cramps. Most of all, these medications cost a lot lesser than other prescription drugs.

Hold a heating pad to the cramped area – the heat will relax the muscles and soften the pain. Make sure to lie down at the same time, it works better this way.

Exercise – having an exercise routine or doing it regularly makes the episodes of cramps lessen. It also increases the circulation in the pelvic area. But, this doesn’t mean that you will exercise during the times when you have the cramps.
