Two forensic document examiners reported that, not only was the death certificate I published in the book a fabrication, but three others that had surfaced during discovery were also fabrications; however, the Court set their conclusions aside as merely "opinions".

The school building was in deplorable condition, both inside and out. Here you can see just how bad it was with mold, cracks, exposed wiring, graffiti, furniture shoved against the walls, where teachers confirmed what is done with abandoned schools: they are used for storage. We proved in the book the school was closed by 2008; there were no students there.

Even an inspection of the parking lot shows this was not an operating school. It had no handicapped parking, exits and entrances no wheelchair could navigate; no oil stains on the pavement; no heat or steam rising from the building; cars parked facing the building, when by the roadway driving instructions, they should have been parked facing away. It was closed.

The "final report" on Sandy Hook by Danbury State's Attorney Stephen Sedensky III, does not establish a causal nexus connecting the alleged shooter with his presumed victims or the weapons he is supposed to have used and therefore could not have served as the basis for a trial, which, were it properly conducted, could not have found him guilty of the crime.

The iconic photograph taken by Newtown Bee photographer Shannon Hicks was staged, where she took a second photograph minutes earlier, which showed parents casually standing around with their arms folded or their hands in their pockets. They even rearranged the kids to get a "better shot".

It was a FEMA drill presented as mass murder to promote gun control. We know because of the sign, "Everyone must check in", the Porta-Potties already in place, pizza and bottled water at the Firehouse, name tags on lanyards and parents bringing children to the scene. These are all in conformity with FEMA exercises, where we even have the manual for this one, which I included as Appendix A to the book.

They faked the kids using photographs of older kids when they were younger. "Noah Pozner", for example, is a fiction made up out of photographs of his older step-brother, Michael Vabner, when he was a child. Mona Alexis Pressley has even found reasons to believe that some of the parents used photos of themselves to be their departed offspring and dead children. This fraud was exactly that cynical and devious.

We have been challenged that, to support extraordinary claims, such as that nobody died at Sandy Hook, requires extraordinary evidence, which we have produced IN SPADES. None more so than the FBI's Consolidated Crime Report for 2012, which shows that, in Newtown, CT (of which Sandy Hook is a subdivision), there were no murders: zero! zilch! zip! nada! Which confirms that Nobody Died at Sandy Hook!
