Increasing decline in pollution (esp. plunge in nitrogen oxides) required a military campaign of contrail "pollution" that extended to civilian aircraft in order to increase tropospheric pollution as a hedge against a calculated and highly probable global cooling event (ie: current Grand Solar Minimum, GSM = Maunder Min.)...an event that was thought at the time to limit access to arctic oil resources.
It's probably no coincidence a contrail "pollution" campaign began around the time of the 1990 publication of the "chemtrails manual".
In 1999 the IPCC began to agree that aircraft "contrails" tend to increase surface temps, however the amount of warming has always been in dispute by academically blackmailed, AGW activists.
The increasingly documented spraying of dark and black emissions appears to be a statement of desperation as the GSM gains geophysical and public traction that can no longer be denied.
It remains to be seen if David Keith's plan to cool the planet by dimming the sun will be allowed to move forward as the consequences of GSM cooling becomes more emergent.
Keith's plans to cool a planet that is already cooling is a red flag that must be addressed. But the geoengineers and their deep state handlers can come up with insanely clever arguments to conclude (for the sake of congressional funding) it is better to start spraying the stratosphere now and take our chances with the GSM later...or at least until the $Billions in contracts have been signed.
Ironically, this speculation tends to agree that AGW is the real cause of global warming even if CO2 and GHG's have little to do with a surface warming that's actually caused by pollution.
