Charter Schools in Alachua County - Charter Schools USA

I signed the petition but not sure how effective the petition drive will be.  If Charter Schools USA has their application denied with no cause or even by petition, their legal team could claim they were denied with "prejudice", opening the door to costly, legal headaches.

Sept 5th is the next School board meeting. With the budget on the agenda, it may be a good time for parents and interested parties to show up to ask how the budget process will be impacted when/if CS USA begins operations in A/C.

Emailing commissioners on this issue directly will give them notice that the issue is gaining traction.
