  • Regional Policies

 

    • No voting shall be held outside the RMB.
    • No nation shall be discriminated according to beliefs.
    • Any nation shall have the freedom to join the World Assembly.

 

  • World Government Act     

 

    • The World Assembly Delegate shall be the representative of the region to the World Assembly and shall be elected anytime by the most number of endorsements of World Assembly members of the region and can never be granted nor allowed to access regional controls.

 

    • The World Council shall be composed of the President, the Prime Minister and the Ministers whereby majority shall be required for the passage of laws on matters not covered by any Minister. On the other hand, the approval of an existing Minister and the Prime Minister is only required for the passage of laws on matters covered by an existing Minister.

 

    • The President shall be the head of state and shall be elected every 60 days.
    • The Prime Minister shall be the head of government elected every 30 days and appointer of Ministers.
    • The Minister of Finance shall have the joint authority with the PM on matters of fiscal policy.
    • The Minister of Defense shall have the joint authority with the PM on matters of defense policy.
    • The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall have the joint authority with the PM on matters of foreign policy.
    • The Minister of Internal Affairs shall have the joint authority with the PM on matters of internal policy.
    • The Minister of Emergency Management shall have the joint authority with the PM on matters of emergency policy.

 

    • The World Tribunal shall be composed of the Chief Justice and the two Associate Justices whereby majority shall be required for the passage of decisions.

 

    • The Chief Justice shall be the head of the judiciary and shall be elected every 90 days.
    • The Associate Justices shall be the members of the judiciary co-terminus with the Chief Justice and shall be appointed by the President.
