The brother Tweeted this nearly a month before the attack on N-Aleppo by ISIS.

The reasons why the Nusairy regime handed over the city of Tadmur to ISIS:

The regime is conspiring to push the Syrian revolution steps backwards. After the victories achieved by Jaysh Al-Fath in Syria, and the constant advance forwards in liberating towns and military bases, the regime realized that it did not have the capability of stopping this.

The recent victories were achieved due to three main reasons:

  1. Unity between the factions in a shared operation room
  2. ISIS being busy with Iraq
  3. The Rawafid in Iraq being busy with themselves.

These factors made the Syrian revolt go back to a previous period of two years ago, meaning before ISIS entered Syria. This meant the coming end of the Nusairy regime. The regime knows that the rebel advance was due to their availability to fight, and the absence of matters which could disrupt the rebels. This happened due to ISIS being busy with Iraq and the disablement of Hazm and Ma'rouf.

The regime was nearing its end, but it picked up its breath after ISIS intered Deir Zor and a grinding war inflamed in East-Syria between ISIS and Jabhat Nusra. So the Nusairy regime wants to pick up its breath again after the successive defeats, that’s why it did not find any plot but the withdrawal from Tadmur so that ISIS would enter it and draw it near Jaysh Al-Fath.

The entering of ISIS in Tadmur means that it will become near to the territories in which Jaysh Al-Fath is present, and the source of its strength is in the North and center of Syria, which means the return of an internal war. When ISIS establishes itself in Tadmur it will creep to Idlib and Aleppo, and it will begin a war against Jaysh Al-Fath in their territories, which means that the Syrian revolution will return steps backwards.

Oh Allah You are more merciful to Your worshipers than us, Oh Allah be gentle with the people of Shaam and give them an exit from every distress, Oh Allah protect them from evil by the hands of ISIS after the fall of Tadmur.

Will Jaysh Al-Fath be able to advance to Ladiqiya and the coast of Syria after their backs became exposed to those who conspire to take liberated territories? The answer to this question will expose to everyone why the regime decided the withdrawal from Tadmur. The regime wants to hold back Jaysh Al-Fath from advancing to the coast in order not to lose more than it already did!
