Praise be to Allah. And may prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah, his family, his

companions and his allies.

My Muslim brothers everywhere, May peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah and his

blessings. And thereafter;

Muslims everywhere were shocked and pained by the repeated Jewish aggression on the blessed

al-Aqsa mosque and the continuous crimes against our people in Palestine in general and in

Jerusalem in particular. What is taking place in Jerusalem today is a new epic Jihad. Blessed be

the Mujahid hands that are defending Palestine and al-Aqsa with knives, cars, rocks and

everything they have. I ask Allah to bless these martyrdom seekers who stab the Jews even

though they know that they themselves will be killed by the Jews. May Allah accept their

martyrdom and elevate them to the highest levels and make their sacrifice a guide to every

Muslim who is zealous of his faith, his Ummah and the religious sites.

My Muslim brothers who are keen to liberate Jerusalem! The liberation of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa

mosque requires, Allah knows best, two things:

The first: Striking the West, particularly America in their own backyard. And attacking their

interests that are scattered everywhere. Supporters of Israel should pay with their blood and their

economy the price for their support for Israel's crimes against Islam and Muslims. We must

continue what was done by the Mujahideen in the blessed invasions of September 11, the

invasions of Madrid, Bali, London and Paris. And continue the path of Ramzi Yousef, Mohamed

Atta, Amrozi, Shehzad Tanweer, Nidal Hasan, and Omar al-Faruq, Mohamed Merah, and Tsarnaev

brothers.

The second: Establishing a Muslim state in Egypt and the Levant for the mobilization of the

Ummah to liberate Palestine. This requires unity, stop disputing and cease fighting between the

Mujahideen.

My Muslim brothers and Mujahideen in all groups and all places; from Kashgar to Tangier, from

Grozny to Mogadishu, O people of Jihad, people of piety, people of morality and principles from

every Mujahideen faction! Today we face an American, European, Russian, Rafidi and Nusayri

aggression that reminds us of the Rafidi alliance with the Tatars against the Abbasid Caliphate and

their alliance with the French against the Ottoman Empire. We must stand united as a single row

from East Turkistan to Morocco in the face of the aggressive satanic alliance against Islam, its

Ummah and its lands.

Verily the Americans, the Russians, the Iranians, the Alwaites and the Hizballah are coordinating

their war against us. Are we unable to cease the dispute among us to direct all our efforts against

them?

Narrated Al-Hasan Al-Basri: By Allah, Al-Hasan bin `Ali led large battalions like mountains against

Muawiya. `Amr bin Al-As said (to Muawiya), "I surely see battalions which will not turn back

before killing their opponents." Muawiya who was really the best of the two men, said to him, "O

`Amr! If these killed those and those killed these, who would be left with me for the jobs of the

public, who would be left with me for their women, who would be left with me for their children?"

Then Muawiya sent two Quraishi men from the tribe of `Abd-i-Shams called `Abdur Rahman bin

Sumura and `Abdullah bin 'Amir bin Kuraiz to Al-Hasan saying to them, "Go to this man (i.e. Al-

Hasan) and negotiate peace with him and talk and appeal to him." Al-Hasan (Al-Basri) said: I heard

Abu Bakr saying, "I saw Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) on the pulpit and Al-Hasan bin `Ali was by his side.

The Prophet (ﷺ) was looking once at the people and once at Al-Hasan bin `Ali saying, 'This son of

mine is a Saiyid (i.e. a noble) and may Allah make peace between two big groups of Muslims

through him."

My Mujahideen brothers across the Muslim lands! The Levant front is extremely critical for the

liberation of Palestine. And the unity of the Mujahideen there, rallying around the word of

Tawheed is the gate for victory, by the will of Allah. Therefore, the Muslim Ummah in general and

the Mujahideen in particular must form a general declaration to incite unity, so as not to drain

the efforts of the Mujahideen in fighting one another while the Crusader Westerners and the

Russians unite with the Safavids, Nusayris and secularists against them.

Is it not from piety and rationality to stop the fighting between the Mujahideen and to direct their

efforts in full against the aggressive satanic alliance which is attacking the Islamic Ummah and

which has invaded Iraq and the Levant?

Imam Ibn Kathir, may Allah have mercy on him- narrated about our master Mu'awiyah- may Allah

accept him-that, at the time of the dispute between 'Ali and Mu'awiyah, no complete conquest

took place either at the hands of 'Ali or Mu'awiyah's. The king of Rome became tempted by

Mu'awiyah, after he had humiliated him and defeated his soldiers. So when the king of Rome saw

Mu'awiyah busy with his war against 'Ali, he assembled massive troops and headed towards some

lands. So Mu'awiyah wrote to him: By Allah, if you do not cease and return to your land, O

accursed one, my paternal cousin and I will come together against you, force you out of all your

lands, and render the earth with all its vastness too narrow for you. The King of Rome became

frightened, ceased, and called for a truce.

O Mujahideen in all the groups and in all the fronts! The Roman king approached the Muslim

lands with his army and look how our master Mu’awiya –May Allah be Pleased with him- dealt

with them against this dangerous threat. And we are under the occupation of enemies of Islam

for tens of years as Jihadi groups arise in the shadow of these occupation. Despite that, fighting

erupts between Muslims. Don’t we have the Sahaba –May the pleasure of Allah be upon them-

as an example?

My Muslim Mujahideen brothers in every region and country and from every group and faction!

Our battles in the Levant and Egypt are gates of Jerusalem throughout the history. It is an

extensive and comprehensive battle.

It is a battle of armed struggle to stop the apostate regimes and the crusader-Shiite alliance that

support them. It is the battle that the Ummah must support by men, money, materiel, expertise,

and Dua.

It is a battle of striving by Da’wah to make it clear that the prescribed Jihad in Islam is to uphold

the word of Allah and not allow the secular nationalistic systems to prevail. Allah swt said: {And

fight them so that sedition might end and the only religion will be that of Allah} and the prophet-

peace be upon him- said (The one who fights for Allah’s word to become Superior, is striving in

Allah’s Cause).

It is a battle of striving politically to convince the Ummah that our conduct is consistent with that

of what we call for and does not contradict it. Nor does it alienate the Muslim people from the

Mujahideen. Therefore our conducts have to convince the Muslim people that we are really keen

to be judged by Sharia if we are called upon, and that we keep our promises, and that we do not

commit aggression on the sanctity of Muslims. And we do not exaggerate in Takfeer, and that we

are the kindest to our people, and that we do not seek to dominate the Muslims. But we want

the Ummah to choose its Imam by consultation and acceptance, to restore the caliphate on the

methodology of the prophet hood and the Sunnah of the guided Caliphs -may Allah be pleased

with them-.

It is also a battle of striving politically to expose to our people that there are some from the groups

that are associated with Islamic work such as the Muslim Brotherhood, the Sisiist-Salafists and

Ghanoushies who lead it to lose the religion and the world. They allied themselves against it with

the enemies of Islam and enemies of the Ummah from the secular military and the corrupt

politicians. They decorated their distorted image and gave them immunity. They enabled

criminals like Sisi and the likes of Mohamed Ibrahim and Mohamed Beji Caid Essebsi from

controlling the necks of the Muslims. They committed themselves to submissive agreements with

Israel. They have realized that the price of access to power is to accept the secular constitutions

and submission to Israel.

In order to save Palestine from such deviant methodologies, the people of piety, Jihad and

Tawheed therein should rally our people in Palestine around the word of Tawheed. They should

invite them to perform their Jihad to uphold the word of Allah and renounce the sell outs of

Palestine. They should call to uphold Sharia above every other law and constitution. They should

instigate them to reject corrupt approaches that lead to the loss of religion and the world. Egypt,

Tunisia and Algeria before them are good examples.

O Mujahideen in Palestine! Are you content that the result of your Jihad would be a secular

government that abdicates Sharia and shuns Islam? And that imposes on the Muslims the laws of

the Kuffar and their regulations? And how could the fight to liberate Palestine be reconciled with

the recognition of the legitimacy of the secular sellouts of Palestine? Do you want to sacrifice

yourselves so that Palestine would be sold out? This is not acceptable even by the patriots and

the nationalists who are fighting for the land and the soil, then how could a Muslim Mujahid

accept it?!

Today, some your leaders are leading you in the same dark tunnel where their brothers from Egypt

and Tunisia went astray. They allude you to believe that you will not get Palestine unless you

abandon the creed of Tawhid and the rule of Sharia and contend yourself with disbelief,

secularism, and the international laws. And establish a national state wherein the Mujahid is

equal with the sellouts of Palestine and a Muwahhid striving to rule by Sharia is equal with a

secularist who is forsaking it. And that you will not get your independence unless you recognize

the legitimacy of sellouts of Palestine, and let them assume the presidency, the ministry and the

authority. This dark tunnel does not lead to reclaim Palestine, but it leads to compromise the

creed of Tawhid along with the loss of Palestine which means losing the religion and the world.

My Muslim brothers and Mujahideen everywhere! Jerusalem is a trust on our necks and to

liberate it we must make the supporters of Israel pay the price with their blood and their economy

for their aggression on our Ummah. It is incumbent upon us to work for the establishment of

Muslim government in the neighboring lands to Israel. It is a multi-front battle. Stirring discord

among the Mujahideen saps their strength and disrupt the victory. It is incumbent upon us to

unite in the face of our enemies from Akecgr to Tangier, and from the tops of the Caucasus to

Central Africa.

And our last supplication is, Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.

And may prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family and his companions.

And May peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and his blessings.
