Did Sariputta mean Parinibbana when he talked about Nibbana in SN 38.1-Nibbāna sutta ?

//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Considering the following:

- That which is the destruction of greed, hatred and delusion is nibbana. (Sariputta).
S.N. IV 251 (a.k.a. SN 38.1 - Nibbāna sutta)
&

- The destruction of lust, the destruction of hatred, the destruction of delusion: this is called the unconditioned. (Bhudda)
SN IV 362 (a.k.a. SN 43.12 - Asaṅkhata sutta)

We logically conclude that Nibbana is unconditionned.

Yet in MN 64, Buddha says: ‘This is the peaceful, this is the sublime, that is, the stilling of all formations, the relinquishing of all attachments, the destruction of craving, dispassion, cessation, Nibbāna.’
‘etaṃ santaṃ etaṃ paṇītaṃ yadidaṃ sabbasaṅkhārasamatho sabbūpadhipaṭinissaggo taṇhākkhayo virāgo nirodho nibbānan’ti.  MN 64 - Mahāmālukyasutta

The stilling of all formations does not mean the end of them. If there are still formations (Sankharas from the second link of paticcasamuppada), there is still conditioning by Avijja.

Also, in SN 12.51 Parivīmaṃsanasutta Buddha talks about "the fading away of ignorance and the arising of true knowledge" that preclude any more formations. Sankhara ( the second link of paticcasamuppada) is extinguished.  This is Parinibbana for Buddha. A stage where ignorance (Avijja) is at such a low level, that there is no more production of determinations (formations); but just a remnant of existing fabrications: "...his bodily fabrications have ceased & subsided, his verbal fabrications have ceased & subsided, his mental fabrications have ceased & subsided, his vitality is not exhausted, his heat has not subsided, & his faculties are exceptionally clear (Āyu aparikkhīṇo. Usmā avūpasantā. Indriyāni vippasannāni). ..." (MN43 - Mahavedalla Sutta).
Parinibbana seems to be the veritably unconditioned. Ignorance is at it's lowest level here, and there is no more conditioning.
