1 Archfiend, 1 Launcher, 1 Barrier, 1 Soul Charge, 1 One for One, 1 Allure, 1 Foolish, 0 Lavalval Chain, Let’s go and top something.

 

Grepher + Archfiend + Beetle + any random set card

Grepher discards beetle to send stygian, stygian summons archfiend which searches launcher. Overlay Grepher and Archfiend for any rank 4 which can detach archfiend, usually dweller. Detach archfiend, launcher for archfiend and beetle, search break. Beetle effect summons 2 more beetles. Sync a beetle and archfiend for metaphys horus, sync metaphys horus and the other beetle for baxia. Baxia pops any set card to summon archfiend, which searches barrier.

 

End field – Baxia, Dweller, Archfiend, Break, Barrier, one of the other 2 cards you drew.

 

Zero Max + Inferno + Necro/Beetle/Archfiend + Any card to discard, or Stygian + Inferno + Necromancer + any card .

This can be done by using stygian to summon one necromancer instead of the zero max. Set inferno, in your next turn use inferno to discard the infernity you drew and any other card (whatever clears your hand of monsters) to send the other 2 to the grave, so that your grave is necromancer + beetle + archfiend. Zero max summons necro, necro summons archfiend, archfiend searches necromancer, normal summon it and use the effect to revive beetle, then beetle's effect for 2 more beetles. Field is 2 necro, 2 beetle, arch, with a beetle in grave.

 

Sync a beetle and archfiend for metaphys horus, sync horus and beetle for baxia, shuffle an opponent's card. Baxia effect destroys a necromancer to summon archfiend, archfiend searches launcher. Launcher summons necromancer and beetle, sync with the necromancer which has used its effect, archfiend and beetle for trishula, banish lots of things, then use the remaining necromancer to summon archfiend and search barrier.

 

End field - Baxia, Trishula, Archfiend, Necromancer, Barrier, and you shuffle 1 with baxia and then trish them.

 

Version 2 – no trishula but you get more traps

 

Activate inferno, discard so that your grave is mirage + necro + archfiend (or stygian archfiend mirage with necro in hand), zero max summons necro, necro summons archfiend, archfiend searches avenger which you normal summon (or use the stygian for if you started with stygian + necro), sync for hundred eyes, banish mirage and copy the effect to summon necromancer + archfiend, archfiend searches launcher and necromancer summons avenger. Sync for void ogre dragon, launcher summons necromancer + archfiend which searches barrier, necromancer summons avenger, sync for hundred eyes and banish necromancer to copy the effect. Summon archfiend again and search break.

 

End field – Void ogre, hundred eyes, archfiend, barrier break.

 

Grepher + Stygian + Brilliant Fusion (with synchro cards and more clowns)

Activate fusion sending lapis and juggler to summon seraphnite, normal grepher, discard stygian to send heiress adding archfiend. Banish stygian to special archfiend, search necromancer and normal summon it. Overlay grepher and archfiend for emerald, detach arch to summon lapis, use necromancer to summon archfiend, which searches mirage. Overlay lapis and necromancer for leviair, detach necro to summon stygian, overlay stygian and archfiend for dire wolf. Use it to destroy itself and leviair, then banish stygian to summon mirage. Mirage summons necromancer and archfiend, then search launcher with archfiend and banish juggler to search hatricker and special summon it. Overlay it with archfiend for emerald to special lapis, then overlay both emerals to summon f0. Current field is lapis, necro, seraphnite, f0, launcher, brilliant fusion. Use necromancer to summon archfiend searching the second mirage, then overlay necro and lapis for leviair, which summons stygian again. (Here if you only play 1 mirage, search avenger and discard with launcher then dire wolf then hundred eyes loop) Overlay the stygian and archfiend to summon dire wolf and pop brilliant fusion, which destroys seraphnite and clears backrow space. Use stygian to summon mirage, mirage summons necromancer and archfiend, archfiend searches avenger which gets discarded by launcher. From here you just hundred eyes loop and end on void ogre with the last one, then launcher for archfiend to search a third trap.

 

End field – Leviair, F0, Void Ogre, Archfiend (and necromancer is optional but may clog), break, break, barrier.

 

Brilliant Fusion + Grepher + Stygian (with lapis, trick clown and no synchro)

Summon grepher, discard stygian to send heiress and add archfiend, activate brilliant fusion sending lapis and trick clown which summons itself. Banish stygian to summon archfiend and search necromancer which you normal summon with seraphnite’s effect. Overlay grepher and archfiend for dire wolf, which destroys brilliant fusion and seraphnite (brilliant fusion eff). Necromancer summons archfiend which searches launcher, then overlay archfiend and trick clown for emerald, which detaches archfiend to summon lapis. Overlay lapis and necromancer for leviair, detach necro to summon stygian, then use launcher to summon necromancer and archfiend. Archfiend searches barrier, overlay for a rank 4 and detach archfiend. Necromancer the summons archfiend again which searches break.

 

End field – Archfiend, Necromancer, Leviair, Emeral, Key Beetle/Dweller, Barrier, Break.

 

Brilliant Fusion + Monk + Spell (with lapis and trick clown)

Summon monk, activate brilliant fusion to summon seraphnite sending lapis and trick clown, clown summons itself. Monk discards the spell to summon archfiend and search necromancer which you normal summon, then overlay grepher and archfiend for dire wolf to destroy brilliant fusion and seraphnite, then use necromancer to summon archfiend searching launcher. Overlay trick clown and archfiend for daigusto emerald, detach archfiend to summon lapis. Then overlay lapis with necromancer to summon invoker, which detaches necromancer to summon heroic challenger thousand blades. Use launcher to summon necromancer and archfiend, archfiend searches a trap then overlay for dweller with thousand blades. Detach archfiend as cost then summon it again with necromancer searching a second trap.

 

End field – Emeral (with clown as material), Invoker, Dweller (with blades as material), Archfiend, Necromancer, Break, Barrier

 

Brilliant Fusion + Monk + Spell (with garnet, juggler and hat)

Activate brilliant fusion, summon seraphnite sending garnet and damage juggler. Summon monk, discard a spell summon archfiend which searches necromancer. Normal summon necromancer, overlay monk and archfiend for emerald, detach archfiend to summon garnet. Necromancer summons archfiend which searches launcher. Overlay garnet and archfiend for dire wolf and pop necromancer, launcher summons necromancer + archfiend and archfiend searches barrier. Banish damage juggler to search hatricker and special summon it, overlay it with archfiend for a rank 4 and detach archfiend, then use necromancer to summon archfiend and search break.

 

End field – Seraphnite, Emeral, Dweller, necromancer, Archfiend, barrier, Break, Brilliant fusion.

 

Grepher/rota + Archfiend/Stygian + Necro + Instant fusion

This also works with instant + grepher + necro/arch + zero max.

Grepher discard stygian/arch to send the other, set instant fusion and banish stygian summon necro. Necro eff summon archfiend, search mirage. Instant fusion for fusionist, Overlay necro and fusionist for leviair, detach necro summon stygian, overlay stygian and archfiend for dire wolf, pop itself and leviair. Banish stygian to summon mirage, eff to summon necromancer and archfiend, archfiend searches launcher. Overlay archfiend and grepher for emerald, detach archfiend to summon fusionist. Necromancer summons archfiend which searches avenger, then discard that with launcher. Overlay the necromancer and fusionist for leviair, detach necromancer to summon stygian, use stygian to pop the dire wolf. Launcher summons necromancer and avenger, necromancer summons archfiend which searches mirage. Sync for void ogre, then banish stygian to summon mirage. Mirage summons necromancer and avenger, necromancer summons archfiend which searches barrier. Sync for hundred eyes, banish mirage and summon avenger and necromancer with the mirage effect. Necromancer summons archfiend searching break. Sync for a second hundred eyes, which banishes the second mirage and copies the effect. That summons avenger and necromancer again, necromancer summons archfiend searching the second break. Sync all 3 for a third hundred eyes dragon, banish necromancer to copy the effect and summon archfiend which searches the last break.

End field  - Archfiend, Void Ogre, Hundred Eyes, Leviair, Barrier, 3 Breaks.

 

Inferno + Soul Charge

Discard any 2 cards, if they’re infernities you can do extra things. If not, send beetle and archfiend, soul charge for both, search necro, normal summon the necro, beetle effect summons 2 more beetles. Sync beetle and archfiend for horus, then horus and the other beetle for baxia. Necromancer summons archfiend searching launcher, then baxia pops necromancer to summon beetle. Beetle and archfiend sync for a 6, then use launcher for necromancer and archfiend. Archfiend searches break, and necromancer summons beetle. Sync all 3 for trishula and use the effect.

 

End field – Baxia, a level 6 synchro, Trishula, break, and you shuffle one opponent’s card to the deck, and use trishula’s effect.

 

Rota + Stygian + One for One

Rota for grepher, use the effect to discard stygian and send heiress. Heiress searches archfiend, banish stygian to summon archfiend which searches beetle. Overlay archfiend and grepher for key beetle or dweller, detach the archfiend, use one for one to discard beetle to summon mirage, mirage effect summons archfiend and beetle, archfiend gets launcher and beetle gets 2 more beetles. Sync for a 6 and then sync the beetle and 6 for void ogre dragon. Launcher summons archfiend and beetle and archfiend searches for barrier.

End field – Void Ogre, Key beetle or dweller, archfiend, beetle, barrier.

 

Or

Instead of making void ogre, you can make baxia, destroy another set card to summon archfiend, search necromancer and discard it with launcher. Launcher then summons necromancer and beetle, and either you can bring back another beetle and then go into trishula and end baxia, trish, rank 4, beetle, or you can make a level 6 and then bring back archfiend with necromancer to end Baxia, rank 4, level 6 synchro, archfiend, necromancer, barrier.  This is better for dealing with an established field but weaker going first.

 

Grepher + Plaguespreader Zombie

This requires something else after it to be really good but is a useful way to set up.

Summon grepher, discard plaguespreader to send heiress, heiress searches archfiend. Plaguespreader puts archfiend to the top of the deck to summon itself, then sync for any 6 you play. Next turn, archfiend’s effect to summon itself from hand and search beetle, normal summon beetle, use the effect to get 2 more. Sync for horus and then baxia, Baxia pops any card to summon archfiend and search launcher, and the rest depends on how many level 6s you play or what else you drew.

 

End field – Level 6 synchro, baxia, archfiend, launcher or a trap, 3 beetles in grave.

 

Igknight + Painful Decision + Necro + Armageddon Knight

Painful decision for the missing scale, sending + adding the level 3, activate both scales, pendulum summon necro + arma, armageddon sends archfiend which necro summons, search for mirage with archfiend, overlay the armageddon and archfiend for emerald which summons the level 3 igknight from grave, then overlay igknight + necro for invoker. Invoker summons big belly knight, then normal summon mirage and use the effect to summon necro and archfiend, searching avenger. Overlay archfiend and big belly to summon dire wolf which pops itself and invoker detaching big belly. Big belly eff summons avenger, then necro summons arch to search launcher. Sync for void ogre, activate launcher then do the hundred eyes loop for the remaining traps.

 

End field – Void Ogre, Hundred Eyes, Archfiend, Emeral, 2 Igknights as Scales, 3 Traps.

 

Pendulum Scales + 2 Necromancers + Armageddon Knight

Activate scales, pendulum summon all 3 monsters, Armageddon sends archfiend. Necromancer summons archfiend and search avenger, which you normal summon. Sync archfiend, the avenger and the necromancer you used for hundred eyes dragon. The other necromancer summons archfiend and searches launcher, hundred eyes banishes the necromancer in grave to summon avenger. Sync for void ogre, launcher brings back archfiend and necromancer, archfiend searches barrier. Overlay Armageddon and archfiend for key beetle, detach archfiend to protect barrier or a scale, then summon it again with necromancer and search break.

 

End field – Void Ogre, Hundred Eyes, Key Beetle, Necromancer, Archfiend, 2 traps.

 

Mirage In hand, Necro + archfiend + avenger in grave

This one requires playing knight unfortunately but is a big combo.

Normal mirage, tribute for necro + arch, search launcher. Necromancer summons avenger which syncs for hundred eyes. Banish mirage to summon necromancer + archfiend and search knight, which gets discarded by launcher and summoned with necromancer. Overlay for leviair, detach necro to summon mirage, which summons necromancer and avenger. *

Sync necro + avenger + arch for hundred eyes, which banishes mirage to summon necro and avenger again, necro summons archfiend searching barrier, sync all 3 for void ogre dragon. Launcher summons necromancer + avenger, necromancer summons archfiend, searching break. Sync all 3 for hundred eyes, which banishes necromancer to summon archfiend and search break.

 

End field – Hundred Eyes, Void Ogre, Leviair, Archfiend, Barrier, Break, Break

At this * point you haven’t used the necromancer and so you can also sync archfiend and avenger for stygian sergeants and then use necromancer to bring back avenger to sync with necromancer for armoury arm (herald takes too much field space). Armory arm equips to stygian sergeants, and then you use launcher and do the standard hundred eyes loop to end with the same field but have sergeants + armoury arm instead of void ogre, which lets you push through big fields for game.

 

Monk + Spell + Necro + Foolish/Archfiend

Monk discard a spell to summon grepher, if you draw foolish then use it to send heiress and search the archfiend, grepher discards necromancer to send stygian, stygian summons archfiend searching launcher. Overlay archfiend and monk for a rank 4 (probably dweller), detach archfiend, then launcher for archfiend and necromancer, archfiend searches barrier. Overlay archfiend with grepher for a key beetle to protect barrier, then summon archfiend again with necromancer, searching break.

End field – Key Beetle, Dweller, Archfiend, Necromancer, Barrier, Break.

 

Necromancer + Armageddon Knight/Rota + Insight Magician + Another Scale

Insight eff completes the scale, normal summon armageddon knight to send heiress and search archfiend, pendulum summon necromancer and archfiend and insight, search launcher, overlay armageddon and archfiend for a rank 4 and detach archfiend. Necromancer summons archfiend, searching avenger which launcher discards. Overlay insight and archfiend for dire wolf and pop necromancer, launcher summons archfiend and necromancer, archfiend searches barrier. Necromancer summons avenger, sync for hundred eyes, hundred eyes banishes necromancer then uses the effect to summon archfiend searching break.

End field – Hundred eyes, key beetle/dweller, archfiend, barrier, break, inferior magician, dragonpit magician,

Or

 

After pendulum summoning insight + necromancer + archfiend, search barrier, overlay for a rank 4 detach archfiend and then summon it again to search break.

End field – barrier, break, inferior, insight, necromancer, either insight + archfiend + dweller/key beetle, or ouroboros/rank 5 from ptolemaeus + archfiend

Or

 

After making a rank 4 and bringing back archfiend, search beetle and discard it with launcher. Insight + archfiend make dire wolf to pop necro, launcher summons necromancer and archfiend, search a trap, necromancer summons beetle and use the effect for 2 more. Here you have the option of going into baxia, popping a scale and ending with baxia + necro + archfiend + rank 4 + 1 scale and 2 traps, or can make trishula and end with trishula, beetle, rank 4, 1 trap, 2 scales.

 

Level 4 + Scales + Armageddon Knight + Necromancer

This is basically the same setup as the previous combo but done without a tuner so that it can be done in igknights as avenger/beetle cannot be pendulum summoned and might cause brick hands.

 

Normal armageddon knight, send heiress searching archfiend, pendulum summon archfiend and necromancer and the other 4 (maybe one of the igknights), archfiend searches for a trap, overlay archfiend and armageddon knight for key beetle and use the effect to detach archfiend, necromancer summons archfiend searching launcher. Overlay the archfiend with the other 4 for dweller and launcher for archfiend searching the second trap

End field – dweller, archfiend, key beetle, necromancer, barrier, break, 2 scales.

Or instead you can overlay all 3 level 4s for ptolemaeus, use that to make cyber infinity and then necromancer summons archfiend to get the second trap.

 

Rota/Arma + Beetle + Pendulum Call + Any card to discard

Normal summon armageddon knight sending heiress to search archfiend, discard any other card with pendulum call to add dragon vein and dragon pit magicians, pendulum archfiend and beetle, search launcher. Beetle eff gets 2 more, sync for horus with beetle and archfiend, then sync for baxia using beetle and horus. Launcher summons archfiend and beetle, search barrier. Overlay armageddon and archfiend for key beetle, detach archfiend to protect barrier. Baxia destroys beetle to summon archfiend searching break.

End field – 2 scales, Key beetle, archfiend, Baxia, barrier, break

 

 

Necromancer + Rota + Call

This one is pretty weak without another level 4 or tuner. Rota for armageddon knight, send heiress add archfiend, discard necro for call. Pendulum summon archfiend, search launcher, then overlay for a rank 4 which detaches archfiend. Launcher summons arch and necro, searching at trap. It doesn’t really matter which you discard since you pendulum summon necro revive arch, get launcher, overlay, detach arch, then launch it back for the same result.

 

End field – key beetle/dweller, necromancer, archfiend, barrier, scales.

 

Stygian + Rota + Call/Scales

This gets slightly different fields depending on if you play armageddon knight or grepher, or if you play beetle.

Activate the scales, rota for grepher which you normal summon, use the effect to discard stygian and send heiress to search archfiend. Use stygian to special summon archfiend, search necromancer and pendulum summon it. Overlay grepher and archfiend, detach archfiend as cost for the effect of the rank 4, then bring it back with necromancer to search barrier.

End field – Key beetle/dweller, necromancer, archfiend, scales, barrier.

 

Activate scales, rota for armageddon knight and normal summon it. It sends heiress to add archfiend, pendulum summon stygian + archfiend, search necromancer. Overlay all 3 for ptolemaeus, detach to overlay Pleiades, stygian summons necromancer, necromancer effect brings back archfiend which searches barrier.

End field – scales, Pleiades, archfiend, necromancer, barrier.

 

Activate scales making sure one is a 1 scale. Normal summon grepher and discard stygian (or discard stygian with call), send heiress to search archfiend, banish stygian, summon archfiend, search beetle. Pendulum summon beetle, use the effect for 2 more beetles, sync beetle + archfiend for metaphys horus, then sync horus and the other beetle for baxia. Baxia destroys any random set card to summon archfiend which searches launcher, overlay grepher and archfiend for a rank 4 and detach archfiend. Launcher summons beetle and archfiend which searches barrier.

End field – 2 scales, dweller/key beetle, baxia, archfiend, beetle, barrier.

 

Scales + Double Armageddon Knight

Normal summon one Armageddon knight sending heiress to search archfiend, activate the scales, set the rest of your hand and pendulum summon the other Armageddon knight and archfiend. Use the effect of archfiend to add launcher and armageddon to send necromancer. Overlay archfiend and an armageddon knight for abyss dweller and detach archfiend so that it’s in the grave for launcher. Then use launcher to summon necromancer and archfiend, searching barrier with archfiend. Overlay the archfiend with the other armageddon knight for key beetle, detach archfiend to protect barrier, and then use necromancer to bring back archfiend and search break.

End field – Abyss Dweller, Key Beetle, Necromancer, Archfiend, Barrier, Break, 2 scales.

 

Dracoslayer Luster Pendulum + Performage Flame Mascot + Rota/Armageddon knight

Rota for armageddon knight, normal summon it send heiress to add archfiend. Activate draco and mascot, draco effect pops mascot to add another one, mascot summons damage juggler. Overlay juggler and armageddon for king of feral imps, detach juggler to search performapal partnaga, use juggler to search for performage trick clown. Set the rest of your hand, then pendulum summon trick clown, infernity archfiend, and both flame mascots. Archfiend searches for launcher. Overlay trick, mascot and arch for ptolemaeus, detach 3 to overlay a rank 5 and use clown to summon itself again. Overlay trick clown and mascot for a rank 4, and then launcher to summon archfiend and search barrier.

End field – Barrier, Dweller/rank 4, Pleiades/rank 5, archfiend, king of feral imps, Partnaga + dracoslayer as scales,

 

Scales + Necro + Arma + Arch/foolish

Activate scales, pendulum all 3. Archfiend searches mirage, Armageddon sends avenger. Normal summon mirage and then necromancer summons avenger. Sync for void ogre, then use mirage to summon archfiend and necromancer, searching launcher. Necromancer summons avenger, sync for hundred eyes and banish mirage to summon archfiend and necromancer searching barrier. Here you have several options, you can bring back avenger and make herald of the arc light and either leave it there for an extra negate while overlaying for key beetle or dweller with Armageddon and archfiend, then launch for necromancer and archfiend and get break, ending with break, barrier, key beetle, herald, necromancer, archfiend, void ogre, and 2 scales.

Alternatively, you can overlay herald and Armageddon and archfiend for ouroboros (until a better ptolemaeus target or shock master are playable), detach archfiend to take a card out the opponent’s hand, then use launcher for necromancer and archfiend, search break, bring back avenger, make hundred eyes, banish necromancer with hundred eyes to summon archfiend and search another break.

 

End field – Void Ogre, Ouroboros/any rank 5, Hundred eyes, archfiend, 2 scales, barrier, break, break

Or

Herald of the arc light, void ogre, necromancer, archfiend, key beetle, barrier, break, 2 scales.

The difference between the extra break, and banish effect and extra negate from herald might depend on the matchup.

 

 

Tune Combo – Chicken Race/other field + Armageddon knight + unexpected dai + necromancer,

Use unexpected dai to summon tune warrior, summon armageddon knight sending archfiend. Sync both for ancient fairy dragon and use it to pop your field spell and add black garden which you activate. Use ancient fairy to special necromancer, necromancer specials archfiend which searches necromancer. Black garden pops itself to bring back tune warrior, sync tune warrior and archfiend for another ancient fairy which uses its effect to summon necromancer from hand. Necromancer summons archfiend from the grave searching mirage. Current field – 2 ancient fairy, 2 necro, 1 arch, mirage in hand.

 

Overlay both necromancers for invoker, use the effect to summon big belly knight from the deck. Overlay big belly and archfiend for dire wolf which detaches big belly to pop itself and invoker, big belly knight effect summons mirage from hand. This one needs access to a tuner to keep going from here, or maybe access to launcher earlier in the combo. Either way it still needs some more work but there are potentially combos with this.

 

Performapal Monkeyboard + Rota + Necromancer

Not out for a while yet. Monkeyboard lets you do any of the pendulum combos using it as a 1-card scale. We currently can’t do the play of making lavalval chain then stacking archfiend and drawing it with lizardraw.

Keyboard adds lizardraw, activate it, rota for armageddon knight, summon it and send heiress to search archfiend. Pendulum summon archfiend and necromancer and search a trap. Make key beetle with armageddon knight and archfiend and detach arch to protect the trap. Necromancer then summons archfiend searching a second trap.

With Beatrice

Grepher + Stygian + Astral Force

This one requires bishop as well.

Grepher send stygian and heiress, search archfiend, special summon it with stygian, search launcher. Overlay archfiend and grepher for princess cologne or Minerva, astral force ranks it up into Beatrice, detach archfiend to send necromancer, launcher for both, search bishop with archfiend and special it, make a rank 4 which detaches archfiend, necromancer summons archfiend search barrier.

End field – Beatrice, Dweller/rank 4, Necromancer, archfiend, barrier

 

Monk + 2 spells + astral force

Works with any variation of monk + 2 spells like the old combos did.

Monk for another monk for archfiend, search launcher. Overlay archfiend and a monk for Minerva/cologne, astral force summons Beatrice, detach archfiend to send necromancer, launcher for both and archfiend searches barrier. Overlay the other monk and archfiend for key beetle, detach archfiend to protect barrier, necromancer summons archfiend, search break.

End field – Beatrice, Key Beetle, Archfiend, Necromancer, Barrier, Break.

 

Monk + Spell + astral force (with beetles)

Monk for archfiend, search launcher, overlay for Minerva, rank up into Beatrice, detach archfiend to send beetle, launcher for both and search a trap, beetle eff summons 2 more beetles. Sync beetle + archfiend for horus, sync horus + beetle for baxia, use baxia to pop an unused set card to summon archfiend, search another trap.

End field – Baxia, Beatrice, Archfiend, Barrier, Break, but having used up another card you opened with (can just be upstart etc)

 

Grepher + Beetle + One For One + Xiangke Magician

Activate xiangke magician, normal grepher, discard beetle send heiress to add arch. Discard arch for one for one to summon mirage. Mirage eff summon arch and beetle search launcher. Beetle gets 2 more and sync for a 6 with grepher and a 6 with arch. Overlay both for Beatrice. Detach to send stygian, launcher for arch and beetle searching necromancer. Sync beetle and arch for 6, xiangke eff to overlay Beatrice and the 6 for a new Beatrice which sends another stygian. Stygian summons necro, necro summon arch searching avenger. End field – Beatrice, hundred eyes archfiend, barrier and break, with xiangke in pendulum zone. The issue is that's a 4 card combo which involves drawing a 1 - of, and opening grepher, beetle, one for one already does combos.

This one is probably too many cards to be viable.
