If you use outlook (windows) or pst viewer 2.0 (windows/MACOS) you will find some emails in the folder EC/MDI. Specifically an email with the subject: “Fwd: RV: Cuestionario” inside of it you will see this information: https://twitter.com/shababaty/status/618874329552547840 If you use readpst or other tools from GNU/Linux you won't see nothing at all.

I'm guessing that's what wikileaks used for bulk processing. Conclusion: Some emails are hidden from the general public right now, although they are in plain view as well.
