Is the Islamic State Organization Khawarij - Question Number: 8540
"Is the Islamic State Organization Khawarij like what is said?"
Questioner: Abu Mus'ab al-San'ani
Answerer: Shariah council in the minbar (minbar al-Tawhed)
All praise is for Allah and peace and blessings be upon the messenger of Allah
Virtuous brother, this matter has been spoken about by the Mashayikh (sheikhs) repeatedly
And we do not like to say much about it particularly with the feirce attacks from the Popular Mobilization Forces (Jahsh) on the general masses of ahl al-Sunnah in Iraq - with the support of the Safawi Irani forces, and America, and the armies of apostasy.
And even if they were described with description. From the Mashayikh (sheikhs) and the trusted scholars have said: "Had they been in Iraq in this state of affairs and there was no one fighting the Rafida and repelling them from ahl al-Sunnah except the State organization, then they would fight with them" .. and they also, have not judged on general masses of them that they are Khawarij. Rather they see that ghulu (extremism) has come over their leadership. And the groups are only described with the description that has dominated over their heads (leaders). And they see that in their ranks are those who are mislead. In them are those who are sincere, they have picked the state group to give victory to the name "Islamic State" and "Khilafa" which the organization has announced ..
And you know that Sheikh Abu Muhammad al-Maqdisi has released his speech about the coalition that is attacking the general masses of Mujahidin in Syria and Iraq today. And he clarified in it that he does not support this crusader coalition over the Muslims even if they were from the Ghulat (extremist) or Khawarij, except the murtad (apostate) armies ..
However he has mentioned in his previous speeches his opinion in the state organization, that ghulu (extremism) has spread amongst them, and they have admitted to him in their letters to the presence of Khawarij in their ranks ..
For that we limit ourselves with this - and with what has been brought from the speeches of the Mashayikh (sheikhs) - as a response to your question, calling the State Group to fear Allah in the Muslims in general, and the Mujahidin in particular. And that they refrain their swords from them, and that they use it only on the combatants to Islam and the Muslims .. perhaps Allah will repel the might of those who disbelieve and Allah is greater in might and stronger in punishment ..
And peace and blessings be upon our prophet Muhammad and his family and all his companions.
