It is not for the right of Dawlah (in this matter) also

Ahrar (Al-Sham) put that region under their control

"Dawlah" has no right to atack

and to target Ahrar (Al-Sham)

Because the region is now in the possession of Ahrar (Al-Sham)

This is not even the legitimate right of (Jabhat) Nusrah or any other group

And whosoever goes to a place and takes over it, They have

more rights to be the owner of these places than any other group

If there is an agreement later for uniting

(the groups), then this is correct

However if someone comes and says

"You either get out or we kill you"

or "You give Bayah to us or we

kill you" then this is not correct

This is not correct

Because the real situation is that this is

against the cause of our brothers in Dawlah

They have a bayah for themselves

it is not a general bayah for them

General bayah is not for them

One of the conditions of (general) bayah is that

the people of solution of pact (ahl al-hal wal-aqd) choose them

Neither the people of solution or pact have

chosen Abu Bakr (Al-Baghdadi - leader of ISIS)

And if his commandor, and the one who is responsible for him

(Shaykh Zawahiri) is not in content with his work

How can he then desire that other people give bayah?

He is not the Khalif of muslims

as he does that which has been done

And he himself is a leader of a group, His state is

the same state as the other leaders of other groups

Whoever takes a place other than their right from other

As for he coming and asking others

for bayah, or they will kill them

Then this is the works of Al-Bugh'a (aggressor) and not of

the people of Al-Khayr (goodness) and Al-Salah (righteousness)
