Two things must be noted regarding this as we all know the Dawlah group are very slick and clever, and they try to hide behind eloquence but by the will of Allah will be exposed

The Dawlah group did attack Shaykh Usamah ra. on several occasions in their magazine Dabiq, I will not two of the most important things, with these you will not need to go and beat around the bush, but you must be ready to accept the truth in sha Allah and open your mind

1) The Dawlah group said in their magazine, and the quote is also attached with this status, that they believe Shaykh Usama’s group was a group with Ijraa’, UNTIL Shaykh Usamah made EXPLICIT takfeer of the Saudi Regime…before that, it was group that followed the Murjia methodology.

Where dawlah stated that Tandheem Ul-Qaa3idah is was and is a group of Irjaa':

They claimed that in the 80’s and 90’s (note that the people who wrote this magazine have most likely not even hit puberty around this era, yet they want to teach people about the events that occured at that time)…because the hesitated in their Takfeer upon the Rafidha and alike…..but then after those explicit statements from Sh. Usamah…they were no longer an Irjaa group…but then when the Shaykh died, they became Murjia again.

So in conclusion Shaykh Usamah was part of a Murji’ group before he made explicit takfeer of the Saudi Regime….here is why this statement that is put very cleverly to try and hide their animosity towards Sh. Usamah falls apart…let me move on to Point number..

2) The Dawlah group attacked in their magazine, Mullah Omar’s “flirtation” (as they called it) with other nations….somewhat declaring them nationalistic & MOST IMPORTANTLY…they attack Tandhem-ul Qaa3idah for this…

Where they attacked Mullah Omar and called his rhetoric “Nationalistic”:

Now lets look at the reality, who was it that gave Pledge of allegiance to Mullah Omar before anyone…it was Sh. Usamah…it was not Doctor Aymen Al-Dhawahiri…no by Allah it was Sh. Usamah who declared his allegiance to Mullah Omar. Now some smart (although they are ignorant) Ghulaat will say: “Mullah Omar has changed since then”…well, lets find a statement from Eid Al-Adha 2009 by Mullah Omar (when Sh. Usamah was alive & had Bay’ah to Mullah Omar)…and compare it to a statement from Mullah Omar on Eid this year…lets compare.’

2009 Message Mullah Omar hf. said:

“The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan wants to maintain good and positive relations with all neighbors based on mutual respect and open a new chapter of good neighborliness of mutual cooperation and economic development. Our goal is to gain independence of the country and establish a just Islamic system there on the basis of the aspirations of the Muslim nation. We can consider any option that could lead to the achievement of this goal. We have left open all options and ways towards this end. However, this will only be feasible when the country is free from the trampling steps of the invading forces and has gained independence.”

(Sh. Usamah was alive at this point, and keep in Mind Mullah Omar hf’s messages have been very similar, well before 2009 and even before the invasion)

2014 Message Mullah Omar hf. said:

“We assure the world and the neighbors as we assured them in the past that our struggles are aimed only at forming an independent Islamic regime and obtaining independence of our country. We are not intending to interfere in the (internal) affairs of the region and the countries of the world, nor do we want to harm them. Similarly, we don’t tolerate their role to harm us and urge them to have reciprocal stance. I call on all Mujahideen in the frontier areas to protect their borders and maintain good relations with neighboring countries on the basis of mutual respect.”

So the claim that Mullah Omar hf. changed or his rhetoric changed is false – rather what this shows is, according to Dawlah, Sh. Usamah had Bay’ah 3UDHMA, a Pledge of Allegiance that entails obeying the Ruler to your fullest ability as long as its not against Islam to a Man, Dawlah claims, flirts with other states & shows nationalistic Rhetoric, in fact they called it a “rotten Bay’ah”.

This should once and for all clear the lines…Shaykh Usamah ra. is not flawless, nor should the parameter or measure of truth be wether they support him or not, but rather I made this writing because many supporters of Dawlah use this argument…that they (Dawlah) follow Sh. Usamah or that they did not attack him in this magazine…hence I wrote this – sorry if this was very long, it had to be.
