In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. Peace and blessings be upon His trusted Messenger and his family and his companions, all of them. And henceforth:
In light of the new Crusade against the Muslims in Sham that is waged under the banner of the United States, it is necessary to take a position and give reminders to the Muslims and a warning to the Kuffar. We say, and Allah is the granter of success:
Since the outbreak of the protests in Syria, and the emergence of the flag of Jihad and the bearing of arms against the regime, America has clearly strove to dismantle the Jihadi work through various means, starting with placing Jabhat al-Nusra on the terror list before its announcement of being affiliated with Qaedat al-Jihad, and passing through their attempts to use political leaders through the so-called “coalition” to rule over the people of Sham, and to apply the Western agenda that they will heed and obey. After victory will be secured at the hands of the Mujahideen.
They will pretend to be our helpers *** While they are truly a disease and death to us
This was a deceptive plot to remove Sham from the control of Iran and place it under the control of the West, but it was prevented by a number of factors, most notably
The appearance of the pure banner of slam and the pride of the Muslims in general to raise and rally around it, and the Muslims and the people of Sham in general standing with the Mujahideen, recognizing that their is no salvation for them from oppression and tyranny but through holding firm to the people of Jihad. And one of the obstacles that prevented them from intervening militarily is the loss of justification, which was now provided to them by the Dawlah.
Their military retreat after the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq was a lesson full of teachings for those who want to consider them. However, it would appear to us that America and its allies have failed to understand and do not recognize the entire lesson, as if they continue to view the region as a place before the appearance of the flag of jihad in it. It is appropriate to explain to them here some aspects of the lesson of which they overlooked, so perhaps they might regain their awareness before they stand on the edge of a volcano that will soon erupt. The region that is called the Middle East is today a region of volcanoes and earthquakes, and none put a hand or foot there but he who wagers his empire or kingdom, no matters its large size or strength, and this is for two reasons.
As for the first: The West continues to view Muslim peoples through their rulers, and these rulers have lost their grip on their people and are no longer able to control their subjects. Verily, they fear them, and some regimes are no longer able to protect their thrones, having exposed their employment and betrayal to everything, small and large. All of these regimes fear to lose their control over their people, and this is precisely what will happen after the new Western invasion in the region. The time has passed of the false media that was able to persuade the people with their corrupt rulers who are under the employ of the Kuffar; and no longer can the security services terrorize the people, muzzle their mouths, and prevent them from bearing arms; and it is no more that the armies whose weakness was exposed can face the strikes of the Mujahideen; and gone are the fatwas of the scholars of the leaders that are used to cover them and make permissible what is forbidden in the interest of the leaders.
As for the second aspect: The word today on the tongues of the people in this region is that Islam is Haq and at its forefront are the honest Mujahideen. It is the Islam of Muhammad - peace and blessings of Allah be upon him - and his companions, may Allah be pleased with them. It is the Islam which began from weakness and grew in strength from Allah until it defeated the greatest empires of the East and the West. The peoples of Islam today have a greater understanding of the nature of the conflict and parties involved in it. It is an old, historic conflict, and a modern conflict. It is the conflict of the Persian Empire and the Roman Empire, and the Jews versus the Muslims. And what is happening in the present and the near future is but a form of this conflict, which will weigh in favor of the Muslims, with help from Allah the Almighty…
Truth is dominant and falsehood is weak *** Allah is never questioned about His rulings
If a matter becomes impossible or has altered *** Allah the Glorified, the Sublime, does not alter
Ease follows hardship, as promised *** And with patience is a coming conquest, as entrusted
The map of the region is divided between these powers that have vied for its control for more than three thousand years, and their sorrow only came together when Islam defeated them. And here it is today, back to redraw the map of the conflict. Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon are in the hands of those who dream about restoring the glories of Persia, as they have done in Yemen. The Gulf states and Egypt are in the hands of the Romans via the treacherous rulers. Palestine and Jordan are in the hands of the Jews. And all of these covet expansion and increased influence. But those who spoil their dreams and stand as obstacles before them are the people of Jihad. How? For it is the Mujahideen that have become the people of power and strength, and that are followed by many people. Thus, this presentation shows that any military intervention against the Muslims will lead to the rise of a volcano of the peoples of the region, in Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, the Peninsula of Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, Yemen of preparation, Egypt of the quiver, the peoples of the Maghreb and East Asia, and the proof for this is witnessed by modern history.
I would like to remind the peoples of the West about the foolishness of their leaders in opting for war on the Muslims. Bush came out giving congratulations for the fall of the Taliban government, and ten years later, Obama comes out to reassure the same people of his efforts to open a channel of communication with the Taliban. Know that Qaedat al-Jihad, which was confined to Afghanistan, after being struck there, it spread to Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia, Malia, Algeria, and Iraq and then to Sham. and last but not least, to the Indian Subcontinent, and the battlefield continues to widen and the mujahideen - and all praise is due to Allah - are still proficient in investing in the foolishness of the heads of the peoples of the West. So if Qaedat al-Jihad spread with all this expansion after being hit in Afghanistan, which does not compare to Sham in terms of its sensitive geographical location and historical position, what will happen after the American invasion of Sham, I wonder?
The war that is waged by the West in Sham is without a doubt a loss for them and profitable for us - Allah willing - even if we taste in it some pain. The Almighty said:
إِن تَكُونُواْ تَأْلَمُونَ فَإِنَّهُمْ يَأْلَمُونَ كَمَا تَأْلَمونَ وَتَرْجُونَ مِنَ اللّهِ مَا لاَ يَرْجُونَ وَكَانَ اللّهُ عَلِيماً حَكِيماً
If ye are suffering hardships, they are suffering similar hardships; but ye have Hope from Allah, while they have none. And Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom. [An-Nisa, 104]
No matter how much the West tries to fight us, either form afar or through proxies, presuming they are avoiding their own exhaustion, we are confident that the bill for the war will be costly and will set them back another hundred years, and the days are between us.
So O people of America and Europe:
What will you reap from your war against the Muslims and the Mujahideen, but more tragedies and sorrows for your country and your children?
Did you forget the cost of your intervention in the affairs of the Muslims, and your dominating them, exerting influence over their land, plundering their wealth, and supporting the Jews in the region?
Did you forget the number of your dead and wounded in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Somalia?
Did you forget the horrors of September 11 and the USS Cole Destroyer and the
threats to your widespread interests in the region?
Did it miss you, O peoples of the West, how much you paid and how much you will pay of money for these reckless wars, which will cause you grave economic crises?
Has it passed over you, O peoples of the West, how much you have paid and will pay of funds as a result of these reckless wars that have inflicted upon your severe economic crises?
Beware of your rulers deceiving you into believing that soldiers will not be put on the ground and will strike from afar, and your children will be safe from the hits of the Mujahideen. Rather, this is what will transfer the battle to the heart of your home. The Muslims will not stand as spectators watching the bombing and killing of their children in their country while you are safe in yours. The tax for the war will not be paid by your leaders alone, but it is you who will pay the majority. Therefore, you must save yourselves from this war by standing against the decision of your rulers and stop them from bringing woes upon you and your country in various ways. Beware the lying of your leaders and their portrayal of their war as a means to protect you, for there is no way for that. The Almighty said:
وَقَدْ مَكَرَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ فَلِلّهِ الْمَكْرُ جَمِيعاً يَعْلَمُ مَا تَكْسِبُ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ وَسَيَعْلَمُ الْكُفَّارُ لِمَنْ عُقْبَى الدَّارِ
Those before them did (also) devise plots; but in all things the master-planning is Allah's He knoweth the doings of every soul: and soon will the Unbelievers know who gets home in the end. [Ar-Rad, 42]
Sheikh Usama - may Allah accept him - had informed you several times that the only solution to avoid war with the Mujahideen is completely removing your hands from the region, and stopping your support and protection of the Jews, and ending your plundering of the wealth of the Muslims, and leaving us alone with the regional rulers in order to settle our accounts with them. So what is between us and you? If you do that, I think you will be safe from the Mujahideen and the Muslim if you stick to yourselves. But if you do not, then you will have planted by the hands of your rulers the seeds of hatred for you in the hearts of the Muslims, which will ensure that the wombs of the mothers will give birth to thousands of leaders of the like of Khalid bin Walid, Salahuddin al-Ayyubi, and Usama bin Laden, may Allah have mercy on them all. The wars in the region have created for you thousands of younger generations who do not fear war, who are assumed to the bombing of aircraft, the roar of armored vehicles, and the shower of shells and tanks; generations that love death and whose ultimate wish is to make their lives cheap for jihad in the cause of Allah. You have met the Muslim soldiers on more than one occasion, and you know that when the soldiers of Islam fight you they call on their Lord to kill them at your hands, saying:
Cleave the darkness O my brother, and make haste *** To the meeting of light and glory
He who seeks death while facing destruction *** He dies in splendor, he dies the death of a martyr
He who does not die in noble jihad *** He dies in spite of his feelings in his bed
With this faith, which you do not have, we have defeated your Romand Empire before, as well as your opponents from the Persians, and we have expelled the Jews from the Peninsula of Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and our feet stepped upon the threshold of Paris, and Moscow paid the Jizya to the Muslims for eighty years…
So do not be deceived by their condition and what they possess *** For Allah is our Protector and they have no protector
Our people in Sham:
You have amazed the world with your patience and your opposition to falsehood, and with your strength against the gang of Bashar for more than three years. Despite being bombed and having your homes destroyed and your children killed, you remain fierce in fighting the enemy, and you have taught them the tax of assaulting the Sunnis. You have written down a bright page in the pages of history that will be remembered from generation to generation. You have bore the burden of the battle, which if it was distributed across the people of the earth they would have buckled from it, but it only increased your patience and certainty.
This Crusader alliance that has come unto you wishes to take possession of your victory against the regime and it wishes to return you to the confines of Bashar. They despise you because you recognized the right way to end slavery. They want for you a theatrical play like that of Morsi and Sisi of Egypt, and And Rabbuh Mansur of Yemen. But by the grace of Allah, and then by your patience and steadfastness against the fight put up by falsehood and its people, and your honorable Jihad that has foiled the despicable goals of the West, the West has strained itself in trying to thwart your Jihad for the past three years, in cooperation with the regional governments and the coalition that betrayed your blood and the blood of the Muslims, and some employed factions that were bought by the West with some money and ammunition to be a tool in its hands to implement the new project of the Crusade. This, and the theatrics of ceasefires and deadlines, Geneva 1 and 2, their dealing with the crime of bombardment with chemical weapons, one UN envoy to another, and then the inability of the employed factions to fulfill their despicable role on the ground - after all these miserable failures, the Crusader alliance decided to do the job itself, and it began to mount attacks on your sons from Jabhat al-Nusra, as well as the households of the women and children, leveling their homes to the ground. For you is Allah, O people of Sham.
The strikes in which the Crusader alliance is targeting us, seek to weaken our lines of garrison and our operations against the Nusayri regime. As for our men who were targeted in the bombardment, the arenas of Aleppo will testify to their garrisoning and fighting, and the impact of their loss will be felt by the arena as a whole and not the Jabha alone. So take a stand O people of Sham, and be firm against those who have allied with the worshipers of the Cross from our fellow people. By Allah, we are a sacrifice, and our blood is cheap for you, and for the people of integrity, sacrifice is easy, and there is no power or might but with Allah.
We promise that Jabhat al-Nusra will continue with all the power it possesses to be garrisoned on the frontlines and fight the enemies of Allah of the Nusayri regime and its allies, with permission from Allah the Almighty. We will expend all that we have to deter the Crusader campaign on Sham and its people and the muhajireen in it, and we will use all means available for this purpose.
I advise and warn all the honest fighting factions on the ground that they must not let the West and America take advantage of the injustice of the Dawlah against you from killing leaders and stealing wealth. They have hastened the arrival of an evil to Sham for which we are paying the price, and they refuse to appear before a Shariah Court to respond to the rights and grievances for and against them. All of this and what is other than it, it should never push you to place yourself behind the West and participate in the evil alliance, through which they seek to extinguish the flame of Jihad and utilize you for their secular project and combine you with the Nusayri regime in a political settlement, after the completion of the initial stages of the goals of the campaign. And those who give the excuse of defending against the Dawlah or other than it, let them do that, but without being a partner in the Crusader alliance. The Almighty said:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى أَوْلِيَاء بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاء بَعْضٍ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ
O ye who believe! take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors: They are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them. Verily Allah guideth not a people unjust. [Al-Maida, 51]
No one should think that the West and America came to rid the Muslims of injustice. For three years Bashar has killed, slaughtered, imprisoned, tortured, cast deadly chemicals upon the heads of the Sunni public, and the number of victims has reached about one million dead and wounded. Did that not threaten the peace and security they claim? Are they not those who have killed our people in Iraq and Afghanistan? And watch over the killing of Muslims in Palestine through their support to the Jews with money, weapons, and power? Are they not those who bombard the innocent and vulnerable in Yemen, Somalia, and Waziristan?
So O fighting factions on the ground in Sham:
Verily, common sense, Shariah, and history refuses but to remember those who aided the enemy against his own country and land with the most ugly of descriptions. Some might think, through the whisperings of Ibliss (Satan), that they are using the West and exploiting them for his purpose or under the pretext of avoiding their harm. The Almighty said:
فَتَرَى الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ يُسَارِعُونَ فِيهِمْ يَقُولُونَ نَخْشَى أَن تُصِيبَنَا دَآئِرَةٌ فَعَسَى اللّهُ أَن يَأْتِيَ بِالْفَتْحِ أَوْ أَمْرٍ مِّنْ عِندِهِ فَيُصْبِحُواْ عَلَى مَا أَسَرُّواْ فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ نَادِمِينَ
Those in whose hearts is a disease - thou seest how eagerly they run about amongst them, saying: "We do fear lest a change of fortune bring us disaster." Ah! perhaps Allah will give (thee) victory, or a decision according to His will. Then will they repent of the thoughts which they secretly harboured in their hearts. [Al-Maida, 52]
This traitor of Mecca called Sharif Hussein had helped the British and the French under the pretext of the injustice of the Ottoman Empore, and saw a glimpse of salvation from them and thought that in this he would do good. However, history will remember him with the ugliest of descriptions to the end of time, for the injustice of the Ottoman Empire was replaced with the injustice of the Jews and the Balfour Declaration, for which we ask Allah to bring about the day we can destroy it. The British exiled him after his vile act and he could barely find his next meal. We continue to bear the consequences of his betrayal to the present day from the dominance of the British over Iraq, the French over Sham, and ending with the dominance of America in the region to this day. He made generations after him bear the tax of humiliation and shame that we have paid for the last hundred years.
So after serious steps have been taken to disperse the clouds, should we return to square one?
We will not allow and the honest will not allow the repeat of the tragedy of Palestine anew, and the collapse of the project of Islam, for which we paid and generations of the symbols of the Muslims from the Sunnis, from the honest mujahideen, have paid with all that we possessed. The Muslims peoples of the Sunnis today are awaiting the historic, critical moment to remove the wrap of humiliation and breaking the crippling shackles on them, at the hands of the honest Mujahideen, away from those who dream of victory at the hands of the West. We are people who do not abandon our identity, our history, and our principles, no matter what the conditions or afflictions that encircle us. We live by it, we die for it, and we will be resurrected with it on the Day of Resurrection.
قُلْ هَـذِهِ سَبِيلِي أَدْعُو إِلَى اللّهِ عَلَى بَصِيرَةٍ أَنَاْ وَمَنِ اتَّبَعَنِي وَسُبْحَانَ اللّهِ وَمَا أَنَاْ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ
Say thou: "This is my way: I do invite unto Allah,- on evidence clear as the seeing with one's eyes,- I and whoever follows me. Glory to Allah! and never will I join gods with Allah!" [Yusuf, 108]
We call upon the scholars, preachers, and students of knowledge, and thinkers, writers, poets, and every possessor of a noble pen to support the people of Sham against the new Crusade, and to protect the honor of their sons the mujahideen, and to have a prominent role, as we know them to have, to incite, guide, and raise the awareness of the youth of the Ummah.
O Sunnis in Lebanon:
The time has come for you to follow the example of your brothers in Sham and rise against your enemy Hezb Shaytan, who plots against you day and night. Those who dominate and kill the children, elderly, and women of the Sunnis in Sham will not miss the opportunity when it arises to do the same to the Sunnis in Lebanon. It has begun to bear its teeth after the fallout from the recent events. These people despise the Sunnis and regard them as their primary enemy, and that they must take revenge against those who killed Hussein, may Allah approve of him, the son of the daughter of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, over one-thousand four-hundred years ago. They base their religion on this aspect, and they allow for themselves the killing of the Sunnis through this claim, which is only a riding animal taken by Iran to restore its empire that was taken from them by Umar, may Allah be pleased with him. Today, Hezballah has dragged Lebanon into an internal conflict for which the wise have long warned. Poor Hassan did not learn a lesson, not from what happened to the Nusayri regime, nor from the hundreds of dead from his party at the hands of the Mujahideen in Sham, nor from the explosions that hit their own home in the southern suburb. He did not learn a lesson from the Rafidha of Iraq, and he did not learn a lesson from everyone who were led by their souls to harm the Sunnis. He still insists and is arrogant from his wounds to continue his operations against the Sunnis in Sham. It has become apparanty to everyone after the events of Arsal and before it, that the Lebanese army is dominated by the Hezb and it obeys its commands and subjects itself to implement the Rafidhi project in Lebanon.
O Sunnis, remove your sons from an army that serves your enemy, and place them in the ranks of the mujahideen, for they are the guardians of the faith and religion, and a way to remove injustice from the Muslims.
O men of Jabhat al-Nusra, you have taken actions through which you have pleased Allah the Glorified, the Sublime, and you have a beautiful remembrance, and the gates of Paradise are open to you. O mujahid people, support Allah and He will support you, and fight in the cause of Allah and consider your souls in His cause.
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ اصْبِرُواْ وَصَابِرُواْ وَرَابِطُواْ وَاتَّقُواْ
O ye who believe! Persevere in patience and constancy; vie in such perseverance; strengthen each other; and fear Allah; that ye may prosper. [Al-Imran, 200]
Know that after this enemy you will not meet another like it, for between us and him lies another round, and we will leave him dead, Allah permitting. And beware of turning your backs, lest Allah sees you defeated. The Crusader alliance intends to fight you and turn you away from your religion, and scatter like ash that for which you and the people of Sham have sacrificed in your fighting the Nusayris. We have suffered the deaths of the honest of our young people and our men, and all that is with you is your defense of the Sunnis and the gathering of the people around you. It is your turn for a new round with the worshipers of the Cross and their agents from the scum of the Arabs, and it is, by Allah, for you and not against you. About today:
Today is the day when the honest will attain his goal *** He does not fear death when death knocks
I will saturate the spear with blood from the eye *** I will pierce both shields and helmets
Tomorrow I may see a mount of honesty *** In the Eternal Paradise and I met those who preceded me
So O men of Islam, do not fear their planes, as they are too frightened to meet you, and Allah is above them, Greater and Higher.
O people of faith, and O carriers of the Qur’an, those among you who are killed go to Paradise, and those of your enemy who are killed go to the Hellfire, and the unjust is deserted in every act. Receive the glad tidings, for this is the first victory, Allah willing.
وَمَكَرُواْ وَمَكَرَ اللّهُ وَاللّهُ خَيْرُ الْمَاكِرِينَ
And (the unbelievers) plotted and planned, and Allah too planned, and the best of planners is Allah. [Al-Imran, 54]
O soldiers of Jabhat al-Nusra:
Be kind to the people, do not burden them with more than they can bear, and be at their service and lower your wing to them. Show mercy to them on earth and He who is in heaven will show you mercy. Be compassionate to the young and respect the old, and show respect to the notables and take their opinion, and respect the rank. Bear in mind the ignorance of the ignorant and the general absence of the truth for long years. Do not shun the people who have stood by your side, and continue to defend their honor and their blood. Allah, Allah in the muhajireen and their families. Every ansar should take in a muhajir and provide him shelter in his home and defend him with his own blood.
Respect the people of knowledge and the scholars, heed the grey hair of the wise, and hear and obey your leaders in virtue. Beware of injustice, for injustice is darkness on the Day of Resurrection. Fulfill the trusts that are entrusted to you, and do not betray those who betrayed you, and restore the rights to their people, and be just.
وَلاَ يَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ شَنَآنُ قَوْمٍ عَلَى أَلاَّ تَعْدِلُواْ
And let not the hatred of others to you make you swerve to wrong and depart from justice. [Al-Maida, 8]
Come out with the truth and do not fear in Allah the blame of the blamers. Repent for your sin you have committed, and do not repel falsehood with falsehood, for falsehood is fought with truth.
Cooperate with the honest factions in all that is good, and make the bond of Islam and Tawhid be the most trusted bond among you, and for its sake you are loyal and for its sake you show enmity, and under the rule of Islam you gather.
Beware of employed factions that allied with the Crusaders. Do not prepare against friends of neutral parties. Be harsh on the enemy, and do not show mercy to the spy or information, nor to the assistants of the worshipers of the Cross or a fascist.
Obey Allah and make amends between yourselves, for defeat comes through division. Beware of the people of backbiting and rumours, for the sower of rumours spoils in an hour what a sorcerer cannot accomplish in a year.
Beware of extremism, for whoever tries to overcome in the religion will be overcame by it. Put a span between yourselves and the thought of the Khawarij and Irja’ the distance of the East and West. If you judge among the people, then judge with justice, and observe the Fiqh of the current time, the situation, and of the people. Do not implement punishments based on suspicions, and do not speak on matters about which you have no knowledge. Do not appoint yourselves to give fatwas in problematic issues, and refer to the people of knowledge and the scholars.
Victory comes after patience, and ease after difficult, and Allah has promised you in His Book:
إِن تَنصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ
If ye will aid (the cause of) Allah, He will aid you, and plant your feet firmly. [Muhammad, 7]
I see, by Allah, that goodness has come to you and a great fortune that Allah has specified for you.
O Allah, have mercy on our killed, raise their rank to that of the martyrs, and place them with those upon whom You graced from the prophets, the honest, the martyrs, and righteous, and excellent indeed are those as companions.
O Allah, reward their brothers after them with what is better than their deeds, and link their hearts, make their foothold firm, and grant them victory over the disbelieving people. Verily, You are capable of all things, Amen.
Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.
