In the name of Allah, the most Merciful and the most Compassionate

In continuation of what head of the Shura Council of the Islamic front has issued about restructuring a new Supreme Military Council, we would like to clarify that restructuring a new Military Council for the active groups in Syria should avoid the previous mistakes that led to its failure; such failure was caused by different reasons, which include:

• The political subordination for institutes that did not gain recognition from the active groups on the ground.
• The political subordination for foreign parties that play the role of a trustee (the non-independence of decision).
• The Military Council should not be a tool for implementing marketed projects which are imposed upon the Syrian people, through supporting some groups and ignoring others.

We would like to invite all the active groups upon the Syrian soil to establish an independent Supreme Military Council which is emanated from the active groups and does not have any prefabricated political covers (in order to participate in making a political cover from within our country), and serious in unifying the active groups in Syria.

Finally, we ask Allah to guide us all to the right path.
