Continuation of Part 1

"All of the Mujahideen brothers who came out and declared their innocence from the actions of the criminals in Musab Ibn Umayr bear witness that the ones who began the fighting, and called for it throughout the night are some criminals from the brigade (Musab Ibn Umayr). Infact one of them (Abu Bakr Al Majdami) told me that when he witnessed the ambush they were shooting to kill and not to frighten them. (He said) "I fled and left them (Musab Ibn Umayr) because i thought they had set up a barrier or in the worst case scenario to detain them (ISIS) and when i saw the first Mujahid killed, I fled." This ambush and the killing and  the kidnapping which occurred happened after i had agreed with Abu Sufyan and Abu Hussein AL Salafi and the Shari'i Abu Muhammad Al Fransi, where we agreed to have a shari'i meeting in the morning and to end the dispute by punishing the wrongdoers as would please ALLAH, and Abu Saleh, the leader of the 22nd Battalion (of Liwa AL Tawheed), AL Haji Sulayman (leader of Liwa Al Islam, Der3 AL Badiya), Abu Shahd (Of Liwa Al Islam), Abu AL-Abd (Liwa AL Tawheed), Abu Mashari (Liwa Al Tawheed) are all witnesses to this. Infact Abu Muhammad Al Firansi, A Shari'i in Musab bin Umayr, said in front of everyone "Truth is with Abu Dujana and we are in the wrong, we will have a shari'i gathering in the morning". 

Of course we will have a say about the third lie (ISIS doesnt accept the sharia), in this is the grossest/worst or all lies because it has not been used against any other Jihadi group before, it is an innovative lie worthy to be spit on. How many people began to talk about this lie and began to talk about that which he does not know about details and began to accuse ISIS that they are being arrogant over the sharia. I will refute this lie based on factual evidence from the ground, and we want to known who is the one avoiding the sharia and mujahideen from Maskanah and its souroundings bear witness with me. Of course these details, i will provide names so the fair ones can verify on their own and make sure before they lay judgement as is ordered (By ALLAH) "If a fasiq comes to you with news then verify it" 

First of all, Abu Jaber, the leader of the eastern section for Ahrar Al Sham and the leader of The Musab Bin Umayr brigade, there are many grievances - i tried to reach this man so we can have a shari'i gathering to solve some of the matters whether with ISIS or other groups, such as matters dealing with the war spoils, such as the Sukr facility and Al-Abqar, among others - as delaying such issues fuels hatred, jeolusy....as is known by most mujahideen in Syria. Based on this there needed to be a decisive decision on this, and such a decision cannot be made without us meeting with Abu Jaber and infact even some of the rights he has towards some of the Mujahideen such as the PKC incident. I searched for almost two months and a half for Abu Jaber and was unable to reach him as he was avoiding. 

Secondly Abu Hamza, the deputy of the leader of the eastern section for Ahrar Al Sham and leader of Liwa Rayat Al Nasr, many people are searching for him and i went to most of his compounds, and i left him messages with the mujahideen in the compounds that your brother Abu Dujana wants to meet you quickly to resolve some of the issues based on the sharia. I searched for him in the Sakr Compound and left him a message, I went to manbej and left him a message, I went to Al Khafsa and told the brothers their. Furthermore and thirdly, Abu Hazem, the leader of Al Hafsa section, i tried to meet with him over 2 problems which occurred in his area but was unable, and i went his compound and awaited him but he never arrived and i left him a message with brother 'Bandar' with their Sharia committee that i meet him as urgently as possible and that either i come to him or he come to me. In an attempt to resolve any issues based on the sharia but they never arrived (avoidance, evasion), all of this was before this recent problem and i only recalled them to clarify the lie that we dont accept the sharia, as for after this recent problem (in maskanah) i will recall who are the ones avoiding the sharia or at the very least they dont accept the sharia on those close to them and the children of their cousins who are wrongdoers. In fact (they reject sharia rulings) even with the shabiha and the spies and agents of the nusayri kaffir regime, and i have witnesses for this from the leaders of the groups and brigades in maskanah and its surroundings such as Abu Saleh, Abu Mashari, Abu Al Abd, and Muawiya - All of them from Liwa Al Tawheed, and Abu Aziz (leader of Shuhada Maskanah is a witness), this man is from the children of the cousins of Abu Jaber but he doesnt accept the avoidance from the sharia such as instances where regime officers, shabiha, spies, agents, peoples committees were granted general amnesty. This was what was meant by the brothers (from Musab Bin Umayr) who declared their innocence from all of these acts where they said "we are not prepared to fight for vague unclear purposes which serve corrupt people in the leadership of Musab Bin Umayr brigade to protect their interests, and this recent problem occurred in defense of a Shabih".

Before i send a message, with remembering some of the details of this event, it will be clear for everyone who is rejecting the sharia after this incident and with this i will finish with the third lie. 

Message Directed towards Abu AbdelMalik Al Shari'i, fear ALLAH O Shari'i Fear ALLAH O Shari'i, By the one who raised the sky without pillars i had Husn Al Than on you and those whom you sent (Abu Uthman and Abu Ishaq), I had husn al Than that you wanted to solve the issue and to reach the truth and to stand on the side of the truth, i did not know that you have media goals. By ALLAH if you were seeking to prevent the blood of the Mujahideen from being spilled O shari'i, you would have put out the fire of the fitna instead of igniting it. It became clear to me that you had media objectives. 

We say with regards to the Maskanah event: What does Sheikh Qahtani have to do with it? What does Abu Aymen have to do with it? What does the security in Deir Hafer have to do with it? Or was (the incident) an opportunity to defame (these) men! What does the Sharia committees have to do with it? What does 'the prince' have to do with it? What do Ansar Al Islam have to do with it? Is this for the sake of preserving the blood of the mujahideen or an big media campaign. Fear ALLAH, O Shari'i, and between us is a meeting in the hands of ALLAH glorified and exalted, i will ask you about everything you purposefully concealed of truthful testimonies, infact breaking apart the (maskanah) event and only remembering that which favored your group (while concealing other details)!

After this message, i say that all of the blood that was spilled between the mujahideen, the main cause of it was because of a shabih named 'Ali Alawi' and i will clarify this tomorrow, Wasalam Alliukum Warahmit ALLAH Wabarakatuh
