Peace and stability, feasible under occupation or in sovereignty?

Indubitably, the main reason behind the ongoing tragedy of Afghanistan is the presence of the foreign invaders inside the country. The day the invaders came to our beloved country, the miseries of the people have been increasing and intensifying day by day. The reason is obvious i.e. the invaders are here for their vested interests. Though it was not acceptable for most of the people in the beginning, but now, twelve years later, everyone has realized the facts and figures. That is why that the waves of the Holy Jihad against the foreign invaders are spreading and strengthening day by day. Groups of people, by discerning the ground realities, leave the invaders and their stooges and take shelter in the wide, trustworthy and soothing lap of their own people and Mujahidin warmly welcome them.

If the invading foreign forces and the international community is really interested, as they apparently say, that they want peace and stability for the Afghan people, they should take practical steps as soon as possible, to evacuate the occupying forces from the Afghan land and put an end to the occupation of Afghanistan so that the Afghans are freed to reach a mutual understanding and resolve their issues among themselves.

Those Afghans who are inclined towards the foreign aggressors and think that the invaders are sincere in their cause or at least they are determined to solve the issues of the Afghan masses, should now realize that the reality is quite different. The invaders were never sincere in their calls for the tranquility and stability of the Afghan people from the beginning and the same is the case today. The Afghans should take their own initiatives. They should gird up their loins and should give hand in hand. They should not be taken in by the hollow and self-interested slogans of the foreigners. We should learn from the previous experiences of communists. How were they utilized by the Russians? They were made to fight against their own people for years. They tortured their own people, our beloved homeland was ruined; but when the Russians themselves came under pressure, they left the local stooges all alone. Consequently, they suffered a historical and humiliating defeat that, till today, they cannot face the nation to justify their deeds and atrocities.

Still, it is not too late. The leading people inside the Kabul administration should understand that if they really want to solve the issue, if they really feel sympathy for the distressed and oppressed Afghan nation, if they really want to save the people from further miseries and sufferings, they should take part in the historical pride of the sovereignty of their dear homeland. They should realize that peace and stability is not possible in the presence of the invading forces rather it is their abscondence which can bring unity, peace, stability and prosperity of our beloved homeland!!!
