Announcement of General Call to Arms

 

Allah says: [But indeed if any do help and defend themselves after a wrong (done) to them, against such there is no cause of blame. The blame is only against those who oppress men and wrong-doing and insolently transgress beyond bounds through the land, defying right and justice: for such there will be a penalty grievous.] (Surah Shura: 41-42)

 

After it became clear to the leaders, the Kharijism of Doula (ISIL) group and its aggression upon Muslims, and after the cursing of this Kharji group towards the Mujahideen, and whose victories which are on their backs, they want to intentionally convert into failure, which the Mujahideen got in all places, and after the emergence of corruption in this group’s (ISIL) beliefs, opinions and dealings, until this group made Takfir (accusing others of disbelief i.e. calling them apostates) of Scholars of Jihad who are known for their truth, and their Takfir of people of Syria generally, and making permissible shedding of blood based upon suspicions and doubts, and taking of money without right, having full knowledge that it will only add to the interest of Nusairis (Bashar Regime), Rawafidh and the Crusade-alliance, thus accordingly:

 

We call upon all the military factions/groups to respond to the aggression of this Kharijite group and uproot it and defend the Muslims, and we call upon every Muslim to take up arms and join the Mujahideen to fight against these Kharijites and eradicate them, and remember that it is an obligation by Almighty Allah to all Muslims, why would it not be, when Prophet (ﷺ) said regarding these Kharjites: [They are dogs of hellfire], and he (ﷺ) said: [If I should live up to their time, I’ll kill them as the people of 'Ad were killed (i.e. I will kill all of them)], and he (ﷺ) said: [Best of the killed are those killed by them (i.e. Khawarij), and worst of the killed under the shade of heaven are Khawarij].

 

And to the people of Syria, we say: Have glad tidings & be hopeful, for the Prophet (ﷺ) have said regarding Khawarij: [No horn of Khawarij will come out, but be broken]

 

And Allah is behind our intents.
