A call to leave the term Sahawaat and use the term Murtadeen.

Sahawaat is not a Sharia term (Mustalah) and playing with it is easy, so we should use the term Murtadeen to describe every secular democrat. Riddah (apostasy) is a Sharia ruling (hukm) with regulations (Dhawaabit) and it is a description (wasf) applied on whoever commits clear Kufr in which there is no doubt (shubha) and his blood is permitted with certainty (yaqeen). The Aqeedah differences between the armed groups in Shaam are clear and the description of Riddah is applied to some platoons (fasaa-il) who are similar to the regime. And sticking to the Sharia terminology by using the term Riddah in stead of Shawaat will make affirming and disproving the case easy. Using the Sharia terminology will leave the discussion and differences constraint around the texts (nusoos) concerning Riddah and will make fleeing (from the topic and the evidences) difficult. Using the Sharia terminology is a part of the project of this Ummah in reviving the Fiqh of the Revelation and in establishing the Sharia of the Revelation.

Using the term Riddah will constrain the differences in three issues: is the act an act of Kufr, is the committing of the act certain, and are there obstacles (Mawaani’) for making Takfir. If the differences are in these three issues, than the case of clarification (Bayaan) and debate is easy. The term Riddah will choke the hooligans who do not want to take a clear stance and are hiding their Aqeedah. Using the term Murtadeen on the perpetrator with confirmation (!) will choke the opportunity of deluding, twisting and circling, and the mask will fall. Using the term Murtadeen with evidence (Daleel) on the Sahawaat will expose two sides; the postponers (Murijah) and the extremists (Ghulaat) in the issue of Takfir !

دعوة لترك مصطلح ( الصحوات) واستخدام مصطلح ( المرتدون )

 

@ الصحوات ليس مصطلحا شرعيا والتلاعب به سهل فلنستخدم مصطلح (مرتدون) فى وصف كل علماني ديمقراطي .

@ الردة حكم شرعي له ضوابطه وهو وصف ينطبق على من تلبس بكفر بواح لا شبهة فيه ويبيح دمه بيقين .

@ الخلاف العقدي واضح بين حاملى السلاح فى الشام ووصف الردة ينطبق على بعض الفصائل مثلها مثل النظام .

@ الإلتزام بالمصطلحات الشرعية باستخدام مصطلح الردة بدلا عن الصحوجة يجعل أمر الإثبات والنفي سهلاً .

@ الإلتزام بالمصطلحات الشرعية وترك الحادثة يضيق دائرة الخلاف عند الرد للنصوص ويعسر من الهروب .

@ إستخدام المصطلحات الشرعية جزء من مشروع الأمة فى إحياء فقه الوحى وإقامة الشرع المنزل .

 @ إستخدام مصطلح الردة يحصر الخلاف فى ثلاثة أمور ( هل العمل كفر ،هل المناط متحقق،هل هنالك موانع).

 @ حصر الخلاف فى هذه ( هل العمل كفر ،هل المناط متحقق،هل هنالك موانع) يسهل أمر البيان والمناظرة .

 @ مصطلح الردة يضيق الخناق على المشاغبين الذين لا يريدون إتخاذ موقف ويتسترون على فساد عقيدتهم .

 @ إستخدام مصطلح ( مرتدون ) على من تحقق المناط فيه يضيق فرص الزوغان واللف والدوران ويسقط القناع .

 @ إستخدام مصطلح (مرتدون) بديلا عن صحوات سيفضح فريقين مخانيث الإرجاء والغلاة فى قضايا االتكفير .

 @ بعد هذه التغريدات المبينة لهذا الهاشتاق من يؤيد فى ترك مصطلح الصحوات واستخدام مصطلح( مرتدون ) .
