Disc 5 is the original japanese broadcast meaning, it has nihonggo as main audio track with english subtitles. English dubbed episodes from 156 onwards are nowhere to be found.

Please see to it that you download the mega files using a Mega downloader created by MT's Shinichiro. I also have problems being redirected to some plain link of Mega site without using it.
