(As-Shu'araa: 181) 'Give full measure, and be not of those who give less than due.'

In the name of Allah, and in Him we seek refuge. All praise is to Allah and peace and blessing upon the Prophet and his family and his companions. As for what follows,

Pictures were published in which they copied the killings by the extremist, and these pictures were linked to Jaysh Al-Islam under the leadership of Zahran ‘Aloush. Some of the people in Jaysh Al-Islam have distanced themselves from this, and there are still a lot of doubts concerning them as being the perpetrators, and these doubt needs more clarification. And these pictures confirm that rabid acts are the standard in some groups, and not the religion of Allah, nor the maslaha (benefit) of jihad and its pure image that guide the acts of replying. Therefore it is necessary to condemn this horrible munkar (injustice), it is from the bad deeds and low acts, even if it contains a same-kind-of response which they intended by it. Like the people condemned the acts of the extremists, it is necessary to condemn this evil, whoever the perpetrator may be. If we don't do so it would be injustice in the balance. And Allah warned us about justice and being fair balanced.

Whoever did this act was not seeking the Face of Allah with it nor the benefit of Jihad. It is not an act of good but it is a clear act of corruption on earth, and we do not say anything about it except the same thing what we have said about the acts of the extremist; the love of spreading fasaad (corruption) and propaganda paid by the lives of people, we do not know why they were killed in this fashion which the people condemned. Oh Allah if the perpetrator committed this and really killed them, and did not just wanted to make treacherous propaganda, than they came with a horrible deed with a bad purpose, this is what seems from the apparent. And Allah praises are due to Allah.

وبه نستعين

 الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله  وعلى آله ومن وصحبه ومن والاه

أما بعد 

فقد خرجت صور فيها تقليد لجماعة الغلاة في القتل والتصوير منسوبة لجيش  الإسلام تحت إمرة زهران علوش ، ومع أن بعض منسوبيه قد نفوا صدورها منهم ،فإن هناك كثيراً من الشكوك ما زالت قائمة انهم الفاعلون ، وهي أي هذه الشكوك بحاجة إلى مزيد بيان وتوضيح،وهذه الصور تؤكد أن السعار هو حكم الأفعال عند بعض الفرق والجماعات، لا دين الله تعالى، ولا أن مصلحة الجهاد وصورته النقية هي ما يضبط الفعل وردود الفعل ، ولذلك من الواجب انكار هذا المنكر الشنيع، وهو من سوء الفعل وقبح العمل، مع ما فيه من التقليد السيء الذي اراده صاحبه منه، وكما أنكر الناس على الغلاة صنيعهم فالواجب إنكار هذا الشر على أي فاعل له كائنا من كان، وإلا كان من التطفيف في الميزان ، والله  قد حض على العدل والإنصاف.

 من قام بهذا الفعل لم يرد وجه الله تعالى ، ولا مصلحة الجهاد 

 ولا فعل الصالحات ، بل هو مفسد في الارض مبين، ولا يقال فيه الا ما قيل في الغلاة من محبة نشر الفساد وجلب الصور الدعائية على حساب نفوس لا نعلم لم قتلت بهذه الطريقة التي انكرها الناس واستقذروها، 

اللهم ان فاعل هذا ان وقع القتل حقيقة لا مجرد التصوير والخداع قد اتى الشر وقبح الفعل وسوء المقصد البين منه في ظاهره
